Vacation rentals with a patio in Ermoupoli

If you are looking for a place with all conveniences, a wellness spa feel and superquiet nights, despites sleeping only a 5 minute walk from the Agiothopes beach: don.t look any further. You found a place where you can enjoy and relax some peacefull days, choosing either the pool or discovering cute little beaches surrounding the bay like a jweled necklage; some pebbled, some perfect for sunset and swimming, all with a delicious seabreeze and lazy shade. Within the jewelbox of Poseidonia you'll also find calm restaurants like the Perroquet Tranquille and taverna's around the corner, to discover with gourmandise for joy and taste. and the bay,s best Bakery patissier in Finikas. Do not even try the little choclate cakes, if you're hesitant to stay; because these will win you over forever. The owners are gentle helpfull calm people, that make you feel at ease like the Poseidonia breeze.

L appartamento è super, una casa comodissima x vivere, è pieno di luce, con due terrazzini dove fare colazione, la vista sul mare e sulle isole intorno straordinaria, non potevo sperare di più , era ciò che volevo. Bisogna solo essere disposti a fare due piani di scale , ma Nikoletta ti aiuta x le valige. Lei è gentilissima , sempre pronta a rispondere alle tue esigenze e a darti informazioni. Ci ha accolto con dei dolcetti squisiti fatti dalla mamma. È possibile andare in centro anche a piedi , oppure con il bus, c è la fermata molto vicina. Ci tornerò sicuramente ma x un periodo più lungo ! Assolutamente raccomandato. Grazie Nikoletta!

Had a wonderful time here, Georgios is an excellent host. Place is even more beautiful than the photos, with a stunning view of Syros and a lovely courtyard to hang out and watch the sunset. Ano Syros is charming and rustic, always felt safe and enjoyed exploring by foot. Georgios was very responsive to all messages, super helpful, and gave good recommendations. Overall absolutely recommend this place and host (as long as you’re good walking up some stairs)!

Great place to stay on Syros! Walkable to and from the port, and easy to get public transportation in the area. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Modern comfortable apartment. Small kitchen and bathroom but worked fine for our 4 day stay. Lovely and clean. Slightly out of centre of town and port but easy walk of about 10 minutes. In residential area but private and nice courtyard and garden. Close to supermarket and 5 minutes from bus depot. Aggelo was quick to answer any questions.

Εξαιρετικό, όμορφο και περιποιημένο κατάλυμα. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για την εξερεύνηση του νησιού. Κοντά στην Ερμούπολη και πολύ ωραία θέα. Ευχαριστούμε!

Just an amazing air B&B experience! All beginning with Ιωάννας prompt & accurate communication & a very warm greeting in person (& Pet Dog - A beautiful German Shepard) The accommodation was exactly as described, but the outdoor entertaining area was absolutely amazing, with great views, space & privacy. Only a 1 min walk to Mega Gialos beach & local cafe where I spent most of my time. Other restaurants, bars & beaches are only minutes away by car or bike & I highly recommend hiring one to maximise your Syros experience! A little Mini Market is directly next door which made it handy, but Ιωάννα also provided a cool welcome pack! Highly recommend this Air B&B to anyone who is after a quiet, relaxing experience with increased vibe only a stones throw away! I will be back 💙🤍 Syros

Υπέροχος και πεντακάθαρος χώρος, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Η κ. Ισιδώρα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική, μας απαντούσε αμέσως στα μηνύματα και μας διευκόλυνε αρκετά καθώς μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε νωρίτερα το check in. Ο κ. Φώτης επίσης πολύ ευγενικός και βοηθητικός! Η τοποθεσία αρκετά βολική καθώς έχεις πρόσβαση μέσα σε 10 λεπτά στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης.

We traveled to 3 different islands on this trip and Elpida's place was our absolute favorite. To begin with, Elpida is super responsive; she always answered our questions within 15 minutes. In advance of our stay, she helped us with renting a car and she also allowed us an early check-in. She had great recommendations for restaurants (it was during Greek Easter). The house is wonderful. Well appointed with everything you need. Elpida has a great sense of style and the house felt like checking into a luxury spa. Bathrooms with necessities, fridge with goodies, and some wonderful treats (painted Easter eggs and local Easter sweets). Lovely pool, beach towels, great patio. We like to cook in the evening and the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal.. The beds are very comfortable with different firmness pillows, which is great. If you are traveling to Syros, we highly recommend Elpida's place. You will not be disappointed! *****

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . La maison est spacieuse et agréable. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la mer. Un petit bémol : pas d'équipements de base (sel, poivre...) Je recommande.

Right from when we arrived in Syros Nontas was great in communication on our time of arrival and was there to greet us. The property is more than the photos show, beautifully designed and comfortable rooms, this modern delightful peaceful apartment made our stay so pleasant. Walking distance to the restaurants, Nontas gave us all the local places to visit and organised our car, we could have stayed 2 more days. Beautiful linen, fantastic showers. Nontas also came to say goodbye.. I hope to return, definitely staying here !

We loved our stay here, responsive hosts, clean and well maintained property / pool (rare in this location), large lounge area, outdoor barbecue terrace. Many of Syros’ best beaches are close by, as are lots of great restaurants…plus one of the best bakeries on the island a (steep) 10 min walk Maria / Stratos recommended local spots that were pretty much all very good and helped make reservations, even one for a restaurant in Hermoupolis after our stay in Poseidonia had ended. One piece of advice for future guests is that there is a supermarket ten mins walk (‘4all’)…we didn’t realise this until our last day (it doesn’t come up on Google Maps and we assumed it was a cafe so were driving to the next nearest supermarket at Voulgari!) All in all a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Ermopouli. La maison est située juste en face d'Ano Syros située au sommet de la colline et offre une très belle vue. La maison est très agréable à vivre et très bien située. Très confortable, avec tout le nécessaire et aménagée avec goût... très confortable aussi, comme on peut le voir sur les photos. On peut descendre à pied en ville mais aussi en scooter et en voiture si on veut explorer le reste de l'ile de façon indépendante ( l'île n'est pas très grande). Manos a été très attentif à savoir : prendre des nouvelles avant notre arrivée, notre installation, se rendre disponible si besoin et nous donner des conseils très précieux ( restaurants, promenades, plages ...).Présent et disponible tout en nous laissant nous sentir comme chez nous. On recommande à 200% !

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένες με το δωμάτιο, ήταν καθαρό ο ιδιοκτήτης είχε προνοήσει να υπαρχουν όλες οι χρήσιμες συσκευές και καθαριστικά κάτι που μας βόλεψε πολύ! Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άμεση με φιλική διάθεση να μας εξυπηρέτηση για ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Svein's house is beautifully located, perched on a very quiet hill with no close neighbours and breathtaking views onto the sea and Kini beach. The closest village is Kini, approx. 5-7mn drive away. Delfini beach is a 3mn drive away. Ermopouli, the main town, 20mn away. The villa is very spacious, sparkling clean and decorated with care - the owners, Svein and Grethe, have made the house very comfortable and super well equipped, including the kitchen - a home away from home! Jim, the co-host, was fantastic - very friendly, responsive and attentive. You definitely need a car. The house is suited to people looking for quiet surroundings (no nearby busy road or villa, just some fields and the rocky hills). You'll need to bring only biodegradable/over 95% natural toiletries to respect the environment and the plumbing system. The only downside was the absence of aircon in the bedrooms, making for very difficult nights but aircon is about to be put everywhere so no problem in the future!

A lovely stay just outside of the town. Very clean + spacious, and the hospitality was fantastic - we especially loved the fresh figs left for us! Lots of kitchen bits for cooking too. About a 15min walk into the main town/bus stations and 10-15mins to the nearest beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous : it is quiet, a few minutes away from the beach and nice restaurants and with an amazing view on the sea. The little house is simple but authentic. Thank you again Daniel and Helen for your kindness and reactivity !

Our stay at Tobys was perfect, it’s in a great location, right by the water and a short walk from the town centre. The apartment itself was gorgeous, clean and spacious, all you could want from a stay.Toby was the perfect host, helpful, informative, friendly. If I was to return to Syros I would 100% stay there again!

Séjour formidable chez Margarita qui a été une hôte super, réactive. Sa maman habite au dessus ce qui a été pratique quand nous avons eu un problème de four. Elle a fait cuire notre dîner chez elle!!! Donc un grand merci :) Le seul petit hic c’est que sur le toit de la maison en contre bas, il y a un réservoir d’eau. Qui gâche un tout petit peu la vue. Il y en a partout en Grèce donc il faut faire avec. Ça n’a pas du tout gêné notre séjour chez Margarita. Logement vaste, propre, super bien équipé et la vue sur le port de panormos est très apaisante (à l’ombre en fin d’après midi - ça fait du bien). Aller à panormos bay à pied est aussi génial. Un grand bravo et merci à Margarita et ses parents !!! Belle adresse !

Just amazing. Amazing location amazing backyard nice furniture. Very responsive host. Can not really find a negative aspect about it. I also liked that we were allowed to check out later. There was even a parking very close. If i have to say something 'bad', the car was suffering a bit at the parking because the pavement was a bit high

Ήταν καταπληκτικά, όλα τακτοποιημένα και καθαρά, όμορφος και ευρύχωρος χώρος και εύκολα προσβάσιμος κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold hos Konstantinos. Lejligheden lå virkelig centralt og der var gåafstand til alt. Værterne var også virkelig imødekommende og boede nedenunder, så hvis det var noget, så skulle vi bare sige til. En klar anbefaling

I liked this house very much. It's like small studio apartment with a living room, balcony and a kitchenette. Good thing is the bus to Ano Syros departs infront of the house. Also, there is a great view of Ano Syros from that place. The host contacted me before I arrive there and arranged everything for me. Thanks to the host.
