Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

We offer a small 29 sqm large, newly furnished guest apartment with small kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment is centrally located between the three large cities of Saxony. 50 km to Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz. The Sonnenlandpark as well as Karl's Erlebnisdorf Döbeln are a short drive of about 25 minutes away. The valley of castles can be easily explored from here by bike.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
