Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. This unique space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry. A cat lives in the flat so please do not rent if you are allergic to cats and not willing to look after the cat. New and very bright flat centrally located to explore London or just to relax in the neighbourhood. The flat consists of living and kitchen/dining area with balcony (sunny from midday to sunset) and bathroom. It is located on the second floor and has secured access. Only one bedroom with single bed is available to guests.
