Well maintained house with everything you would need to have a great stay on at the Lake Side Main Door has Code Access for Key less Entry and Late Arrival The House is Part of Hazel Park which is a Picnic and Beach Area on the water also a Dock to swim or Fish off and a place to Dock your Boat for Loading and unloading (If you would like to use there is an additional $50 Fee to pay at check in that i pay to the Association for your use).

Located only a short walk away from Bemus Point Ferry, you will also have lakefront access complete with docks for your boat and fishing leisure. A large front yard, porches (upper and lower), fire place, and grills are all a few of the perks that come along with our rental.

Guesthouse is available only May-mid Oct as an add-on rental but will be occupied Nov-April with a Winter tenant. Overlook the lake in porch gliders w your coffee. Suitable for a memorable couples getaway or small family vacation.
