It is a short drive or bus ride to Denver or Boulder and just a few blocks from Old Town Lafayette with many restaurants, bars and breweries to choose from. There are two bedrooms with queen beds that sleep 1 or 2 people as well as a sleeper couch for 1 or 2 more. An air mattress is available if a fourth bed is required. Covered parking for two cars out front and a deck overlooking the private open space out back.

Enjoy the natural beauty of 4.5 acres surrounding this historic farmhouse guest suite. You will be staying in the farmhouse that was built in 1930 and renovated in 2022. You have a private entrance on the guest dedicated front porch complete with a swing. It has two bedrooms each with queen size beds. A giant bathroom with double sinks and shower is part of the accommodations. The guest suite is separate and locked off from the main farmhouse for guest privacy.

It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
