Pleasant 36 m² house for 4 people in a private residence. Private garden, terrace area with garden furniture. 2 parking spots. 12m x 6m swimming pool, heated to 28° and covered (which allows swimming regardless of the weather 🙂), open from April 4 to the end of September every day from 10 am to 8 pm, shared with the 18 other units in the residence. Children's playground. Quick access to the beach (900m) through the dunes (via the bike path).
