This old 1800 forge is located in the heart of the historic village of Crucuno, located a stone's throw from the great beaches Kerhillio (2km) and Sainte Barbe (2.5km). New apartment built in 2021, adjoining our main residence, it has a separate entrance and parking. Access to the apartment via an independent external staircase. Three-room apartment, with living room (two-seater sofa bed)/open and equipped kitchen, bedroom with bed (160 x 200) and bathroom. It is located in a quiet area, close to hiking trails and forest, 3 km from the beaches and not far from major cities (Auray, Vannes, Lorient...).
