"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula, close to beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Côte sauvage, Grand Site Dunaire, GR34...). Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a seaside vibe. You will reach the hiking trails without a car. The house is located between Etel and Plouharnel. The beach is about 2 km away: very nice by bike!

Our charming Breton house, located 900 m from the beach, will seduce you with its calm, its large garden and its comfort. Located on a very quiet street. Wooded and quiet environment.
