Beautiful home in a quiet area with parking. Fit our family of 5 perfectly and had everything we needed for a delightful stay. We were very warmly welcomed and would happily return again. Thank you!!

The pictures don’t do this home justice! Amazing brand new place with everything you need for an amazing stay! Full kitchen, sitting room/living room with outdoor patio. Patio off the back of the bedroom with chairs. Laundry was very nice. Lots of small special touches. Amazing views of the ruins behind the home. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Across the street from the parks and just down the road from the Arta Bridge. Definitely the best Airbnb in Arta!

To two of the most beautiful people Nikoli and Dimitri were amazing. They could not do enough for us and always there if we needed help. We got a little lost on the arrival day our fault😁 but it was not to much trouble for them to Come and fetch us and guide us to the villa. Thank you to you both we are going to miss you so Much but l promise we will be back. I totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Corfu. The most amazing hosts ever. We have enjoyed our stay, couple of minutes by car to the centre of Ioannina and 50 minutes to Vikos gorge. Beautiful garden and view.

Maria was a wonderful host from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos—stylish, spotless, and as comfortable as a boutique hotel. It’s also exceptionally well equipped: we cooked every day and never found the kitchen lacking a single item. We stayed for ten days with two babies, and Maria had truly thought of everything. She left a baby bathtub and cribs ready for us, and when we asked for a high chair she brought one over right away. The garden was another highlight—perfect for relaxing while the little ones played. Maria’s local tips were spot-on. Thanks to her recommendations we discovered wonderful beaches, great restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The village itself is peaceful, with a lovely bakery, and it’s an easy drive to Ioannina, the Zagori villages, and the coast. In short, Maria’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was clean and tidy, the daily cleaning worked great and the breakfast was really excellent – a great selection and everything fresh. There is a small deduction for the fact that our contact person did not get in touch with us on one day, even though we tried to reach him. That was a bit of a shame. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable overall and would love to come back anytime!

Anna has thought of everything. Although quite small (apart from the large balcony), it had everything and was very thoughtfully presented. Better than the photos.

I had a really great time at Villa Nikoli. Dimitris and Nikola are a warm and lovely couple. They were always helpful and friendly. You can feel that they care about the house and renting out the apartments. Especially the large garden is designed with a lot of love and effort. It is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and take a break from everyday life.

Spiros was easy to reach by phone from the first day until the day of departure and greeted us nicely. Spiros even wanted to pick us up from the bus station in Ioannina on arrival. That just meant a lot to us, because not everyone offers something like that. There were sweets for us in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and the bed linen smelled good. The rooms were very professionally coordinated in terms of color and decoration, so that the well-being and relaxation could unfold. Everything went very well at Thomas and Georgia's, we were welcomed very well and they were attentive to our needs! We didn't miss anything with our two kids who are 2 and 5 years old . Location, location, location is just fantastic. if you like to see beautiful sea straight from your balcony this is a place for you. The view is to die for! I would highly recommend. Apartment is very clean and perfect for a couple. We spent a lot of time enjoying balcony as well. Bed mattress is firm.

We just spent one night at Evaggelias but really liked it, especially the view at the see and the really nice beach nearby.

Special mention should be made of the quality of the mattress, which ensured a truly restful sleep after our walks in the city. Beyond aesthetics and comfort, the privacy offered by the accommodation played a decisive role in our impeccable experience. We felt completely comfortable and independent throughout our stay. And of course, a huge advantage, especially for Ioannina, was the provision of parking. This solved our problems and saved us from looking for a place, which is very important in the city. Overall, it was an excellent choice for our stay in Ioannina and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home that combines comfort, style, privacy and practicality.

Christina was a very kind person. He made us feel very familiar with the place and we felt at home. Everything was perfect, there were many things to welcome you, and the space was super CLEAN It helped us with everything we needed and especially the coffee machine that was in the area with coffee, which other houses did not have Nice work !!
