The unobstructed view from the garden is towards the forest and the surrounding mountains. At 400m there is a bakery/cafe, while at 800m there is Frontzou Politeia for coffee/drinks/food. At 300m is the entrance to the Frotzos forest which is ideal for activities such as running, hiking, cycling as it has many routes.

It is located in the center of the island in the village of Platanos. Many beautiful beaches such as Kipiadi, Kipos, Kaki Lagada, Alati are very close to the house. The house consists of an open space with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
