Condo vacation rentals in Épagny-Metz-Tessy

I spent a lovely four days in Marie-Caroline’s space and loved it. I was working remotely for a few days after vacation before heading home and I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable space to do so. The views from her apartment are sweeping and beautiful. Patio, a pleasure to enjoy for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. 20 min walk into town was lovely. Grocery and specialty markets a quick walk away. Annecy is such a special place and her condo made it even more so. Her boyfriend Frédéric greeted me to let me in the apartment a couple hours before check in which u greatly appreciated. Hotspot for WiFi worked well, even for video calls. Couple other call outs - well powered hairdryer provided, washer worked well, comfy bed and linens. Thanks for a great stay! 💖

We had a great time at Maria's place. The apartment was as pictured and clean. The lake and mountain views are a real plus for the accommodation. Maria made herself very available to make our stay go smoothly. We hope to have the opportunity to return there one day 😊

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, right in front of the casino with magnificent views of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage offered (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned garage with a wall right in front, strongly discouraged for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran there after a few unsuccessful attempts.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was clean and very pleasant. The location is great, everything is close enough by car. Thanks to Marc and Carolina for hosting us and for the chocolate!

Clean and tidy accommodation. 3-minute walk from Little Venice and 10 from the Lake, very convenient when there are a lot of people in town. Very responsive host. I really recommend it.

hello We came to this accommodation for the second time, no surprise. Our host is very discreet and available. Great location without being in the city center. Very clean accommodation, the only drawback is no bathroom, the shower is in the kitchen. No street noise and a fenced garden for the joy of my 2 dogs. Thank you for everything.

We had a great time with the family. Functional accommodation, very clean and well-equipped with a baby. We felt at home. Everything was perfect.

Thoma was always very kind and met us for our request for both early check-in and extended check-out. The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the Rumilly plan d'eau and only 10 minutes from Annecy. I'd love to go back to Thomas' place, great experience.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance or you don't give it importance but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb but a perfectly liberal vision… Just the impression of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I'm sending a final text to inform you of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services… nothing to complain about, the value for money is very good, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!

I spent 8 wonderful days on vacation in this accommodation with my husband and our little dog, and the experience was really excellent. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our excursions and walks much easier. In addition, the views from the accommodation are simply magnificent, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special.
