One of the most charming places we have ever stayed—just as lovely as the photos, and the host went above and beyond for us, keeping our luggage both before our check-in and after our check-out so that we could walk around the area more easily. Fantastic, walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and accessibility to the Metro.

We loved the location. Hosts were very good communicators and responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was perfectly situated in Laureles to walk to coffee, shops, and restaurants. This place is ideal for a visit to Medellín!

Fernanda was very attentive throughout the entire stay, it was a great apartment in an amazing location of Envigado. Very safe location and a barber downstairs with many restaurants walking distance. The apartment was accurately described and loved how Viva Centro commercial was 5 minutes in car or 10 minutes walking. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. House super clean, nice pool and jacuzzi, the view is beautiful and also I have to mention the delicious food! Luz Myriam is a great host. She really cares about the people she hosts. If we have a request or a problem, Luz Myriam is always available and happy to help. She is not only a kind and welcoming person, but she feels responsible and ensures the well-being of her guests. So, the day after my arrival, she and her husband Paulo put up a blind in the kitchen to protect my privacy while her son David explained to me how the TV works. The apartment was exactly as described, on a very quiet street in a lively area that offers plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and services. The apartment has an outdoor terrace that could be furnished with a table and chairs. I think it would be a very good use of this unused space. Thanks so much Luz Myriam.

The space is very cozy and warm, I loved how central it is to areas such as restaurants, parks and shopping centers. The rest of the space has hot water, air conditioning, a washing machine and a large kitchen for cooking. The front patio with a view of the south of Medellín is spectacular. You can work from there or just spend the afternoon admiring the city. i recommend it at💯.

Great apartment. We loved it. Beautiful view I can not describe how perfect it is. Lots of space 3 bathrooms/ 2 showers perfect for our family of 6. Look nowhere else this is it I’ll recommend to friends and family. Great people easy to communicate.. 5 stars.

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

Simón was a great host and the apartment is just as described, a great place and the building staff are quite friendly, you can even ask for help to get you a taxi. Comfortable, easily accessible and with all the things you might need very close. In addition, it is located in a very quiet area of Poblado and Simon's recommendations are very good. Special mention to the great city view from the apartment, and the very nice common areas. I'd definitely come back.

The lobby was beautiful. and the staff at the lobby was always very nice and willing to help. The apartment had a great view. And I liked the space in the master bedroom’s bathroom.
