A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, and a child's bunk bed, living room, equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Fridge freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Dolce Gusto, dishwasher, TV, raclette machine, kettle, toaster, outdoor lounge on very quiet shared land.

Renovated apartment in an old Bauges building, made of stone, between lake and mountain. You will enter through a separate entrance and will be able to park your vehicle in the shelter. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom equipped with a 120 x 80 walk-in shower, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and a cozy living room. Sheets are provided but we do not provide bath towels, remember to bring yours.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
