This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Welcome to our traditional Swedish red and white cottage - a 103 year old lady with a friendly atmosphere. Very calm and lush area – only a 9 min trainride from Stockholm city! Walking distance to Älvsjö International Fairs. Lovely surroundings, 5 min from the Älvsjö forest which is a nature reserve with fireplaces, trails, workout spaces. 10 minute walk to Älvsjö torg with shops, restaurant, cafés and the commuter train that will take you to Stockholm city in 9 minutes.

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.
