The apartment is located in the center of Neheim in a small section of the pedestrian zone with many shopping and parking options in the immediate vicinity. On approx. 24 square meters optimal for 1 person with enough freedom of movement. But even 2 people can still get along quite well. A large semi-covered balcony with seating and magnificent panoramic views expands the space. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV and Washing machine. An elevator is also available.

Next to the bed in the bedroom, the living room has a couch with sleeping function. Free public parking is very close. The Kaiserhaus can be reached in 250m and in 10 minutes walking distance to the Neheim shopping city.
