Absolutely gorgeous place, we couldn’t stop being amazed at the views - how we could gaze at the sea through French doors on one side of the loft and see a port filled with small boats, rimmed with sweet houses through a sky light on the other. We ate our breakfast and dinners looking out at the sea - if the days had been less sunny we would have enjoyed just staying indoors because it is such a lovely air b n b. We enjoyed exploring the town, following lovely cliff top walks.

I had a lovely short break together with my 12 year old son at Guido’s property. The property is very spacious, bright, quiet, well equipped and safe. We both slept really well and were very comfortable. The property is ideally situated for lots of activities such as walks on the beach, tennis courts, parks, Natural History Museum, the historic dockyard etc. It is very close to local shops, cafes and restaurants. The bus stop is a three minute walk away, with a very regular service providing cheap easy access to Portsmouth and the other areas of Southsea. All my dealings with Guido were 5* and he was very friendly, patient and helpful. This is the perfect spot and home to explore Southsea with children or just to enjoy a beach trip. We enjoyed a very happy few days here. Thank you Guido for having us.

If you’re looking to unplug and unwind, this place is exactly what you need. Tucked away from the noise of everyday life, it’s the kind of place where time slows down — and that’s a good thing. Will definitely go back this year!

De passage à Fécamp pour le GR21, nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire malgré une dizaine de minutes de retard sur l'heure d'arrivée prévue. Nous avons pu passer une soirée reposante dans ce charmant logement atypique qui dispose de tout le nécessaire comme indiqué. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

It was a really nice and well-located apartment. Would recommend but just up until 6 people, we were with 8 and it was a bit too small for us. And the one other downside is that you cannot store your luggage anymore after check-out in the apartment and have to make arrangements to store them someplace else.

Claire made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable!

Incredible stay. We spent the night here to be close to a friend’s wedding we were attending. Ros and Neil were extremely accommodating. They let us check in early so we could get ready and leave our things before heading off for the wedding. They had left homemade flapjacks for us which were delicious! Neil was super helpful answering any questions I had in advance about the location etc. Ros met us when we got there and was so kind, letting us know just to let them know if we needed anything. Instructions to get there were really clear. The place itself was so cosy and peaceful, we felt right at home! Thank you so much! ☺️

Nous avons passé deux jours chez Christine, tout est impeccable. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil , le logement est très propre, très bien situé pour la plage , et les balades à vélo ou à pied . L’emplacement du logement avec le jardin avec la vue sur l’anse de Penfoulic est très agréable . C’est une bonne adresse pour des vacances à deux.

Logement très agréable et paisible, décoré avec goût. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. Merci pour ta réactivité en amont de mon arrivée concernant le souci d’évacuation d’eau dans la cuisine, cela n’a eu aucun impact sur notre séjour. Le seul petit bémol que je déplore concerne les occupants précédents : ils avaient laissé une dizaine de noyaux de fruits entre l’accoudoir et l’assise du canapé. Un peu de respect tout de même, d’autant que le logement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires, y compris une poubelle. Merci Mélanie pour ce séjour.

Superbe logement, dans un cadre charmant et reposant. L’ensemble des équipements sont de qualité. J’y ai passé une très agréable semaine.

Alain and Isabelle’s place was beautiful. You could tell a lot of care has gone into every creating detail, and I loved how the more you looked around the more you saw - Especially the lamps! The location was wonderful, and we enjoyed the sauna and having breakfast in the garden with the chickens and cat! Alain was really helpful explaining everything and giving us recommendations. Thank you both for having us!

Dot and Dave were perfect hosts who made me feel very welcome. The accommodation was extremely well equipped , clean and comfortable with lots of small extras which made it very special. Breakfast was provided too which was delicious. It was free to park on the side streets and to get into the city centre with regular buses around the corner. A real find!

Brigitte s'est montrée disponible et a fait preuve de beaucoup de discrétion lors de notre séjour. Chambre très calme.

Je suis sejourné chez Michèle, elle est une dame incroyable avec un cœur d'accueil magnifique, elle sais comme vous faire sentir en famille, toujours souriant, c'est un plaisir de trouver un moment pour établir une discussion, je vois conseil venir chez elle pour un pétit séjour à Abbeville. J'aime la nature et je travaille dans la protection de la nature, je suis donc totalement ravie de cette jolie maison dans un véritable paradis naturel. Catherine est super-sympathique et une hôtesse attentive, ouverte et chaleureuse. Je me suis sentie totalement à l'aise et je n'hésiterais pas à revenir si je veux à nouveau passer mes vacances dans cette magnifique région.

Hôte très sympa toujours disponible, proposition de route de de ville à visiter très agréable ! Très bon séjour
