Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Your staircase leads to a working area and your private bathroom & bedroom. The gardens are beautifully maintained & fully available. At dusk you may even see the badgers who live in the meadow. The area is surrounded by amazing country pubs, restaurants, walks & cycle routes with country houses & wildlife sanctuaries.

Located in the vaulted barrel room of this former 17th Century Inn in the charming village of Great Elm, our guest suite is brimming with style and comfort. The George and Dragon is a rose clad cottage above the Mells river valley with its famous walks through ancient woodlands and the relics of old stone iron works. It has beautiful gardens with a lily pond and seating areas for afternoon teas. Nearby attractions include the City of Bath, Stourhead , Longleat and Babington House.

Enjoy this cosy but spacious room, it has its own entrance with a south facing patio and garden. An ensuite shower room and super king size bed. The room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa whilst relaxing in the super king size bed, or a evening glass of wine on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.
