Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Located in the sunny south of the island, this 43.5-square-meter apartment is centrally located in Playa del Inglés, on the fourth floor. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a spacious balcony with some sea view. The complex has a private pool (temporarily closed), janitor during daytime and elevator. There is also a restaurant with a bar and a supermarket as well as a car rental service in the building.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.
