the apartment found was the one described in the ad, a great location right in front of the bus station a few minutes walk to the center, building with garage. in my view 2 points need attention because the fan (s) need an upgrade because they leave to be desired or by an air conditioning and another point is the smell of cigarette that is very accentuated in the property, for those who are smokers are good but for those who are not smokers would order a lot.

Luciana was a very friendly host and responded quickly to messages. The apartment was according to the photos of the listing. Some improvements have been suggested as hides in the bedrooms and change the pillows that were too thin. The location 10 minutes to Parque dos Dinos and 8 minutes to the center. Overall it was good.

This is our second time staying at the house. The house is spacious, with 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds, powerful fan, large garage, hot shower, kitchen with utensils necessary for a good stay. Flexible Check-in. Great location, close to the Portico of Miguel Pereira, on the main street, whoever has light sleep will feel a bit of a nuisance, as it is very noisy, but nothing to prevent us from being comfortable. There are several shops nearby. Pertinho do Lago Javary and downtown. It is a quiet place, with privacy, with wifi working well. Thayane is proactive, friendly and responds fast. I recommend the space of Thayane. Thanks for your peaceful stay.

Wonderful house of high standards, very comfortable and located in an excellent neighborhood, met and exceeded all of my family's expectations. There is a large market on the way to the house, which makes shopping for everyday items much easier. The hostess is very attentive and proactive, and has served us well, giving tips about the city and places to visit. Super recommend to anyone interested!

Yuri is super kind. I loved the place. I already knew the region, so I chose to stay there. The apartment is huge!!! Super organized and clean. I highly recommend it. The location, for those who don't know, has shops next door, a great restaurant, snack bars and the Flamengo landfill is close by. And of course, the famous Gloria Fair on Sundays. It's worth visiting the fair!

Casa as advertised , if we feel at home , had the basic kitchen utensils like it's usually just for breakfast for us was great What you could have would be just that clothesline you miss for being an apartment and not having where to extend clothes just one observation, but no complaints about had our privacy at every moment that I needed or had a doubt she answered , I used a gym that has available in the condominium porters always very kind , had enough towels, comfortable sheets where it even met our expectations, close to everything 30min of Copacabana, Esper back sometime again Thank you Vaneza once again hope I have left the house in order

I highly recommend it, everything was very good and easy, clean house and as in the description, very attentive host, I also highlight the condominium employees who were very nice, I found the neighborhood quiet and there is a lot to do nearby, 10-star, you can rent it, there is no mistake!!!!

Of all the places I've stayed, Marcelo's place was definitely the best! The building is old, but the apartment is very well kept and clean, the view then? It's not even worth mentioning… during the day it's already beautiful, but watching the sunrise from the balcony is a unique experience. My 4th time in Rio de Janeiro was more special, just because of this place. Marcelo responded quickly to messages and let us check in early. I will definitely return!

The place is small but cozy with all the possible amenities to cook, bathe and sleep, despite being in a busy place you can't hear anything from outside, the concierges are super attentive to our arrivals and departures and very good vibes. It is located in a super central place 10 minutes from the Cinelandia subway on foot, which connects with many tourist attractions and close to many attractive places such as the Selaron steps and the Lapa arches on foot, in addition to the Lapa bars less than 1 block away, Uber arrives and leaves without problems and there is a 24-hour bakery, pharmacies and grocery stores very close. We loved the place and I 100% recommend staying there. Luiz was always attentive to our questions.

We loved staying with Hosanna, she was always attentive and responded quickly, gave us directions on what to do and was flexible about check-in and check-out, the apartment was clean and organized, one of the highlights was the kitchen utensils that made it very functional, in addition to the view of the Ferris wheel that was something really cool to see when we arrived, but what we liked most were the friendly neighbors, many kittens that did not belong to the apartment, but stayed in the vicinity and who welcomed us asking for affection.
