Perfect combination of good taste and simplicity, with total integration with nature. Attentive and caring hosts, precise instructions and always clear and quick communication. Very clean and fragrant living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bed and bath linens, impeccable infrastructure, with emphasis on the whirlpool with a privileged view of the valley. Ideal for a romantic weekend. The location is easy to access, close to the center and several restaurants and activities. My only tip is to equip the kitchen with some larger pots and pans. I'll be back for sure!! Thanks a lot!!

We went to Andréa's house for the weekend to celebrate my son's birthday and the feeling was that we couldn't enjoy everything the house offers. The structure is amazing, everyone loved it and felt extremely comfortable during their stay. It is very worthwhile, the house in addition to being beautiful and cozy is fully equipped. Not to mention the reception and all the support we received from Fatima. Simply an experience that is very worth repeating and we want to return soon.

The stay was great, the house is wonderful, exactly as shown in the photos, everything working perfectly, comfortable bed, clean and fragrant bed linen, excellent shower, everything perfect. Rachel and Eduardo are always helpful. We want to come back for sure!!!

The stay was amazing. We had sunny days, which helped the view A LOT. Everything matches the photos in the listing perfectly. Marcelle was very proactive, responding quickly and accurately. We will return again and again, for sure. Since we only went with adults, we didn't have a problem with ANYTHING. Lincon welcomed us very well, and promptly answered our questions during the stay.

The cottage is beautiful! It has a style that combines rustic with industrial, super charming and welcoming. The location is very quiet, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. With the owner's guidance, Bruno, it was very easy to find the place. If it's raining, just be careful and go slowly, and access won't be a problem. Next to the chalet, there is a super friendly couple who offer delicious homemade meals at a great price. Besides the wonderful food, they are extremely attentive.

The house is beautiful, super close to the center but with all the peace and quiet we need. The reception was wonderful of those that even a hotel can't be so affectionate. The host is super helpful and also gave several tips from the area super cool, including letting you know about schedules for that day. It was an unforgettable holiday with so much welcome!

We rent the WTR Chalés space from 28/02 – 05/03, to enjoy the Carnival with a group of friends and relatives. The headquarters house looks like a little farmhouse and the chalets deliver what was promised: warmth and privacy. Very green and nature at will! The place is mto grande Kiko (homemade) and Luzia (hired by host indication) always met us with a smile on their face. There was even a Carnival ball and birthday party with a delicious cake made by the local confectioner, tb nominated by the host. The place is all mto cool, with options for having fun and relaxing. The proximity of the pool/beer/barbecue is a difference!! The Alexandre (host) always attended to us promptly, clarifying our doubts and giving legal tips! My elderly parents loved it, as the whole plot being, they could transit without any difficulty. We certainly made the best choice for our Carnival and we hope to be able to return soon, for other new celebrations.

My family and I loved the house, ample space, clean house, clean pool, all the utensils we needed were there, clean yard, the pets loved it! Nice location and neighborhood, for those who want peace and quiet it's really worth it. Near Dinos Park, near downtown Miguel Pereira. As there is a lot of vegetation, you need to have repellent. We didn't find any negative points, only compliments!!! We'll definitely be back ❤️

I really liked Fazenda Nova Conceição, a very good place to stay in peace and tranquility with nature. Super attentive and very polite Reginaldo e Célia. The simple but very good house to spend the time, great bed, perfect wifi and the kitchen has it all. We use the barbecue, enjoy the place, with swimming pool, lake and trail. Reginaldo offered us lemon and tangerine from the trees there. We really like it. We'll be back for sure.

Comfortable home, place is just like the photos. My family and I had peaceful days immersed in nature (which was our purpose) we were very happy with the attention of the host who described the place perfectly.

We all feel extremely peaceful and re-energized at this location. Our idea was to rest and we did it with praise in an excellent space, note 10. We're already scheduling the half-year stay!

The place is exactly as described. spacious, clean. At check-in we were greeted by Raquel's parents, very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped. The caretaker came every day to clean the pool and collect the garbage. Bakery nearby, market too. You can walk to the center. My family was very pleased with the accommodations. It met our expectations.

Heber was super solicitous, with quick and objective responses. It served us very well at check-in and was always attentive. The house was super clean, air-conditioned in all rooms, and the atmosphere is very quiet — ideal for rest. There is no telephone signal, but the wifi works perfectly and supplies this absence well. We sure want to go back!

A passionate place, ideal for renewing energy, Lia and Fernando are amazing people, very polite and helpful. On site there are two b*****s who are a separate attraction, they are the soul of the place, too beautiful and loving. Fishing is truly a magical place! I recommend to go with a high car, with good wheel drive.

We loved our time and the opportunity we had to get to know a little bit about Mendes through host Priscila's tips and this cozy place we stayed. We were lucky enough to see a sunny day, a starry night, and a rainy day to hear the noise and smell of the rain, as well as a little bit of cold. The house has all the glass front, so it allows us to enjoy the view while also giving us a sense of freedom. The house has a nice and positive decor. It's clean and fragrant. You hear the birds in the morning, the sunset in the late afternoon and you can still watch the moon lying on the bed. It is interesting to bring a mask to sleep, in case you have problems with the brightness of the morning. The neighborhood is peaceful and straight ahead there is a bakery full of friendly people. The house is well ventilated and is comfortable on both a hot day and a cold day. The place is easy to get to and there are food options nearby, including a coffee shop with local delights and local cafe. We hope to return for sure.

Our stay was very good, very quiet place. from the beginning Alessandra gave us all the necessary information about the house, videos of how to get to the place, due to the problems with the main road, but nothing too much. We had some water problems, but we were promptly taken care of by Alessandra employees, who were always helpful. The house is old, needs some improvements, but they are details. very well-equipped kitchen, sunshine in the pool all day.

Rodney is a great host, kind and friendly as well as the homemade Flávio who is 10! The house is very cozy grandma's place type and in total peace. Kitchen has all the utensils we need. The bedrooms are 3 with two suites on the ground floor and a bedroom on a mezzanine with a very tight staircase that we don't use because it smells of mold (it can be solved with mold products. I suggest for insect protection screens) all comfortable soft beds enough pillows. The sofa in the very comfortable living room being able to sleep, TV from the living room and the main suite are excellent internet great Wifi picks up on the entire property but there is no phone signal, for us it was not a problem the msg App answered. Pool area is great lots of greenery and birds. We spent the carnival the way we wanted, as a family in peace and having fun in the pool! Dog Mel is a sweet treat and we loved it and our pets loved it! Next time we'll come back again for sure! Thanks Rodney and Flávio!

Pedro is a great host, he does everything to please and is an amazing person, his house is perfect, nature is part of his place and the climate is unparalleled, for you who are looking for tranquility and leisure, go without fear. The pool is wonderful and the sauna is show.

Extremely perfect. exactly what we were looking for, peace, tranquility. Despite being a rustic place in the countryside, it had everything in the house to serve us with modernity. all household items. Clean, smelly linen. Perfect leisure area, surrounded by nature to be explored. I couldn't forget the Chapel, a moment of conversation with God🙏. We went in a group of friends with a quad bike, we toured the region a lot, we are privileged because there was a local party very close to the farm, only 10 minutes by quad. It was perfect. I recommend it to everyone who needs a special place for rest and adventure. The house is very good, with very large spaces and good structure. Elizabeth was great at communicating, always answering the questions I had, and when it was time to arrange checkin/checkout, she was also understanding. Very good pool area and gourmet space for a good conversation with friends. If you want an experience in a super quiet and very nice place, I recommend!
