Marcelo's place is perfect! We were in a group of 10 people and everyone was very well accommodated and comfortable. The description and photos correspond exactly to what the house is like, but seeing the house in person exceeded my expectations. The house is very well maintained and has all the items for you to prepare your meal, including a perfect poolside barbecue. The location is also perfect, as it is very close to the center of Miguel Pereira. Still, the house has a lot of privacy and tranquility. Marcelo's house provided a remarkable experience for our family.

There were people in the family who did not follow and ended up having a hard time on an isolated path through the countryside. The house is even more beautiful in person, the outdoor space is great. I had not understood the stairs issue well in the description, although I understood that there were stairs for access, so I think it is useful to say that to access the main house there is a flight of stairs from the entrance gate to it and the 3 suites of the house are also on the 2nd floor accessed by stairs. But it wasn't a problem, I took my 84-year-old grandmother and everything went well. In winter, I think it's important to bring an extra blanket. The house was very clean, organized and Yasmin recommended a cook, Mrs. Regina, who for those who need it, you can hire without fear. Delicious food.

The studio is very well located and the stay was very pleasant. The space is well-equipped, with cookware and a well-planned and functional internal structure. The only point of attention was the bedding: it had some stains from use and did not smell clean, which caused a slight discomfort. I would stay again, but I would take these items for greater peace of mind during the stay.

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.

Super clean and pleasant place, nearby grocery store that met our needs, very good nearby restaurants and 5 min walk from the subway station, which made our stay a lot easier. Alex was very receptive and gave all the information very clearly. I have nothing to complain about, everything was great!

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and was super clean. Due to a communication error on my part, I did not request a mattress for my one-year-old son, and I promptly received the mattress. The view of the sunrise, as shown in the photos, is not to be missed. I highly recommend it for those who like to do activities in the landfill, and for the proximity to Catete :)
