This is a truly adorable home that is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, very family-friendly, and pet-friendly! It's been recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 1.5 bathrooms (both downstairs). It has a lovely conservatory that functions as a family dining room. It has a new furnace as well as new central air conditioning. Excellent WiFi with live streaming for television. It also includes bikes and beach gear for use, a washer and dryer, and a portable fire pit.

Dedicated ski gear room, just off the Boyneland Run. Sleeps 14 in beds plus there are two posturepedic sleeper sofas, one on each level of the condo. We rent many properties in this village plus the condo right next door in this same building.
