The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Die Wohnung selbst wurde Mitte 2016 liebevoll eingerichtet, ist ca. 90 qm groß, komplett möbliert und geht über zwei Etagen. Sie liegt eigentlich ruhig im zu Balingen gehörenden Ort Erzingen und mit sehr guter Anbindung an die B27.

Vielen Dank an Ute und ihren Mann. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten die Wohnung, die einfach nur genial ist, sofort beziehen. Wir konnten die Fahrräder im Schuppen problemlos und der Mann von Ute hat uns gleich noch ein Kabel gebracht, damit wir unsere E-Bike auch dort laden konnten. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der gemütlichen Wohnung. Auch konnten wir wunderschöne Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere umgebung machen. Es war einfach perfekt. Lieben Dank und wir hoffen, dass wir mal wieder kommen können. Herzliche Grüsse Luzia und Roland aus der Schweiz

We stayed at this Airbnb for one month and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end no problems at all. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which helped us unwind and enjoy our time to the fullest. It was also a lot of fun, the area had great spots to explore and we felt at home throughout the entire stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable place to stay.
