Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Welcome to our home! As a part-time and much-loved lived-in home, it's fully equipped with everything you need, is clean, and situated in a nice quiet street, enabling you to enjoy a peaceful visit. We'll include fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other channels. Located close to the A4174 ring road between Bristol and Bath. Bristol Centre - Around 5 Miles. Travel time between 20 - 45 mins, depending on time of day. Bath - Around 10 Miles. 25 - 45 Mins. Happy to answer anything else!

Our newly renovated annex is a comfortable, quiet haven perfect for the business traveller or singles/couples looking to explore Bristol, Bath or the Cotswolds. We are an easy walk to the Bristol and Bath science park and close to transport links to the centre of Bristol. The property is fully equipped with its own parking spaces, a private courtyard, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and bath, and a good size kitchen/living space. We offer unlimited free wifi and TV incl Amazon Prime.

Birch Cottage

Set in the Countryside just outside the market town of Thornbury, Birch cottage is moments away from Bristol, Wales and 30 mins to the Cotswolds. Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Annexe, Champion House, Moorend Farm, BS16 1SP

A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

Cherry Blossom Hut

Cherry Blossom Hut is a cosy shepherd's hut for two at Myrtle Farm, between Bristol and Bath. Perfect for a romantic getaway or exploring the South West. Outside, enjoy a private hot tub, seating area and firepit. An optional firewood package includes firewood, firelighters, BBQ utensils and marshmallows. Inside are a double bed, sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, induction hob and fridge with ice box. Sorry, no pets or children due to livestock on the farm.
