I booked this place super spontaneously, and everything worked out perfectly. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for our rainy weekend. Both the children and the adults had fun and relaxation. the place was clean and the hosts were super nice - we felt very welcome and at home! Thank you for the beautiful birthday weekend at your place!

The chalet of Dewi is beautiful, clean/tidy, and well located. The beds slept wonderfully. We visited it in the winter, it always took a while for it to get warm. But that was not really important to us, because we were always visiting friends. The cottage was great for us as a place to stay and base.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described and Janna and Christof took great care of us. Would happily do it again!

We had a wonderful time in the north. The place looks like the pictures. The rooms were all clean! Towels, bathrobes and linens were sufficiently available. Small shortcoming: A rag in the kitchen would have been good, but we simply bought it:) Unfortunately, the barbecue was not directly usable on arrival, as the previous tenants left it in a disgusting condition - but the landlords can't help it! We will be happy to come back! :)

We are a group of eight friends and had a nice time here 🫶🏼 the amenities incl. Hot tub, sauna and pedal boat can be seen - only the missing toilet door at the second toilet downstairs disturbs something

The apartment is very tastefully furnished, everything corresponded to the description. The house is equipped with everything you could need. The terrace overlooking the water and the loungers at the jetty are really very nice.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were lucky with the weather and we were surprised by the tranquility of this part of Groningen. Breakfast on the water was delicious. We had lost our way on the stuff, which we should have brought with us, but it worked out fine. Repeatable.

There were two of us with our 20-month-old child and it was really great! Everything you need, lots of little extras that contribute to feeling good, modern and high-quality furnishings (very comfortable beds!), beautiful outdoor area and fantastic location. Lars and Nicole always responded quickly and helpfully to our inquiries, and a baby cot was even purchased. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend a stay in the Krabbenbude!

Communication in advance with Laura was great. She responded very quickly to messages and answered all questions. Upon arrival, thoughtful touches for humans and animals were available, that was a nice surprise!!! Thank you very much for that :) The place itself was as described. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable. The surroundings are quiet and great for relaxing and long walks with the dog. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Achim's house in East Frisia is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends! The many rooms and the size of the living and dining area (open kitchen) offer retreats as well as space for communal activities; the well-kept and large garden is very inviting to play. The barbecue area behind the pond (is fenced, smaller children and dogs are protected) is covered, so even in bad weather you have the opportunity to sit outside. The kitchen is super equipped - like everything in this house, functional and thoughtful! We were there in April and more in the House as planned - the underfloor heating and the conservatory (great views) have beautified our stay there. The location is great: tours to the Great - and Eternal Sea by bike are possible; by car you can quickly get to Emden, Aurich or Greetsiel. In the village, there is also a lot to discover (e.g. museum, tea puffs). - Thank you, Achim!

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Beautiful garden and great nature. 300 km of bike paths start virtually outside the door. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

A great place to stay in a quiet location, we (4 adults and two children) got what we were looking for. Just great! The house is absolutely quiet, extremely clean and modernly equipped. A baker is easily accessible by bike or on foot (about twenty-five minutes). A clear recommendation from us.

The lake house is a wonderful vacation home – ideal for families with small children! Everything was perfectly equipped, we didn't miss anything. The clear, simple design of the facility has created a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Our son was thrilled with the numerous toys, the many books and the wonderful garden to play and romp in. Janine was incredibly attentive and was always there to help us. Upon arrival, we felt at home thanks to the homemade apple cake – what a warm welcome! The location is also fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. We left with a tear in our eye and will definitely be back!

We had a very nice stay at the beautiful cottage. The excursions by boat directly from the house to the large sea were particularly beautiful. The house was very clean and you felt right at home when you entered.

We were very comfortable right from the beginning and were warmly welcomed by Mimke and his wife. The house is beautifully decorated and fully complies with the description. There was even an e-bike available for rent. There is a lot to explore in the area and there is also a lot of culinary choice in the area. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Ulla is a friendly hostess, who is easily accessible, but also gives you your space and privacy. The house is spacious, the garden both in front and back offers a lovely place to be in the sunny weather. The nostalgic Beach Basket is a nice tourist addition.

The three of us spent a weekend in the vacation home, which exactly matched the descriptions on the Internet. Access was easy via the key box. There was a private parking space right by the house. Everything was clean, tidy and practical (sufficient 'storage space'). The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The location is great, the village and sea are a few minutes' walk away. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house. The contact with Janine was always easy.

Our stay was amazing! The flat is fresh new and crystal clear with all necessary equipment- amazing to have a cozy cooking session. The area is super quiet and calming- being woken up in the morning by gentle singing of birds outside felt like a fairy tale. We immediately felt like home (or even better) at Küsten Suits, I hope to go back there soon for another chill weekend, away from the hustle and bustle of the city

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was as stated and met and even exceeded our expectations, they really invested in the accommodation. The dike right around the corner invites you to stroll and relax. The proximity to Emden invites you to daily excursions. Communication was also smooth and very pleasant. we will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our short stay here in Emden. The house is renovated lovely and tastefully and is within walking distance from the center and the main sights. Parking was non-problematic and was for free on the street of the residence.

Extremely quiet location, unfortunately relatively bad to start with the bikes, as there is no bike path in the immediate vicinity. Check-in and communication were excellent and very pleasant. The Huuske is totally cozy, perfectly sufficient for a weekend trip with 2 adults, 2 children and a dog. All in all, the price/performance ratio is perfectly okay. There was nothing missing from the amenities.

(+) Plenty of space for families & groups of friends // newly renovated cottage with old charm // 2 bathrooms // a total of 3 toilets//garden with its own sandbox including sand toys for the kids // a shelf with children's books and games // beautiful view of the salt marshes, the sky, the birds, hopping rabbits, deer. In the evening, a flock of seagulls regularly passed by // shed with space for bicycles, etc. // parking in front of the house // short distances to shopping by car (-)/good to know the dike is quite close, but after that it is still a good distance to the "natural beach". We had imagined it to be more "beachy" before, so that you could also swim there. In reality, however, it is a very typical mudflat area. The plan to jump into the North Sea every day did not work out// Next door is a small farm, we thought that our kids could ride ponies there, but this is only for guests of the farm.

Unfortunately, we could only stay one night in this cottage, because of our personal circumstances. And we had to book for 2 nights. Even if it was absolutely worth it. It is a nice cottage where you kind of feel like you're back in time. What is good to know is that the beds are in the living room, if you are with several people, you have to go to bed at the same time 😉 There is also a beautiful area nearby where you can walk very nicely over a decking path. Marjon tipped us off there.
