The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

The apartment with balcony is located in downtown Emden, in a pedestrian zone. Nevertheless, it is not noisy. It is rather quiet. Nearby are shops, mostly retail. There are nostalgic lanterns on the street. Every event in Emden is within walking distance. The interesting thing about the apartment is the neighborhood. The OttoHuus is very close, about a 2-minute walk, as is the old inland port with its old traditional ships. More than worth seeing.

Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! Here we rent our small centrally located apartment. It is only 300 m from the Ems-Jade Canal cycle path and about 1 km from the Kesselschleuse. The city center is also close by at 2.5 km. Fresh rolls and groceries are also no problem. The nearest supermarket is 500 m away. The VW factory can also be reached within 10 minutes by car. In summer, a small garden is at your disposal.
