Mini-room (entrance) of 5 m2 with window in which you can isolate yourself to work or put the baby cot on request. Comfortable 130x190 click-clack in the living room.

On the 3 floors without elevator of a quiet residence, 100 m from the WATER BODY and 5 minutes by car from the city center. Close to all shops and all activities, port and harbour master's office on the left, beach on the right, mountain bike trails in front. Very clean accommodation and very good communication with the owner and neighbors. The best Airbnb I've booked to date.

Denis' place matches the descriptions and photos exactly. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is located directly on the lake, in good weather you can spend time on the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake and mountains. The place was very clean and well equipped. Both communication with Denis and check-in and check-out went smoothly and easily. The only small criticism: This property doesn't have Wi-Fi. It's in the description, but we missed it. Since we had very good weather throughout the stay and were traveling a lot, we ultimately didn't miss it. In bad weather, it might have been different. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend this place.

I will be sure to rent this property again as part of a new trip to Embrun. Very close to the city center. It's true to the description and we had a lovely stay. Free and easy parking close by. Nicolas is very responsive, recommends good places to eat and facilitates check-in and check-out with clear instructions. He is flexible with schedules when possible (accommodation not occupied the day before arrival or the day of departure), which is very nice in the case of a long-distance trip. Thanks so much!

Simply thank you🙏🏻. Thank you a thousand times to Pauline and Thibault for their hospitality, kindness and welcome. A 4-day dream stay, facing the lake, a small garden with table for lunch in the sun in the morning, and small bonus: hair! If that's not heaven! We will come back if we have the opportunity without hesitation! Really a great place to stay with everything you need for a quality stay
