Monthly Rentals in Embach

The three of us (one adult and two teenagers) spent a wonderfully relaxing week here. Christoph is a great and uncomplicated host who responds very promptly to questions. The cottage itself is exactly as described. The journey is via a narrow path (on which two riders met us upon our arrival, which led to a not so easy "reverse driving action"). Behind the house, a stream splashes, but you can't hear it with the windows closed (although I'm quite sensitive to noise), in front of the house, a hiking trail passes by that we used for two tours ("Hochebene Maria Elend - Kapelleralm Runde von Embach" and "Spektakulärer Skywalk - Taxenbach-Wasserfall Runde von Taxenbach" ... just check Komoot). The mountain golf course (clubs and balls are available in the information office in the village) is also fun. Culinary, the pizzeria Langreiter is highly recommended. The only sticking point: the bunk bed for people > 1.90 m.

This is an exceptional place. The home is sparkling clean, well organized, and thoughtfully appointed to make the most of a cozy space. Rooms are bright, fresh, and the beds are comfortable. Nice quality cooking utensils and appliances, along with great views from the kitchen window, make mealtime a pleasure. But when we didn’t want to cook, Sabrina gave great restaurant recommendations. Located just outside of town, the setting is peaceful, with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the magnificent views. A short drive takes you to parking areas for numerous world-class hikes in the national park. The house and its setting are wonderful. This alone would make the place easy to recommend, but the host is exceptional too. Sabrina is caring and helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and hated to leave.

The room is small but cozy, you will find everything you need. The room and especially the bathroom were very clean and you can feel comfortable right away Michaela is a very kind host and responds helpfully and quickly. In the end, I highly recommend this place and would love to go back any time.

This is place that's makes you feel like home and better than home when stepping outside for a walk. Kitchen has all amenities and cleanest bathroom.
