Enjoy a spacious one-bedroom Art Deco apartment in the heart of Elwood. My primary home, she’s character-filled and homely - welcoming you with the essentials like milk & butter and a bottle of something on arrival - just as Airbnb was meant to be. Ageing gracefully with a few cracks here and there, this apartment is perfectly located near Ormond Rd's strip of boutique shops and cafes, and the beach is just down the end of the block (a 15- 20 minute walk). Air con is in all rooms to keep comfy.

A modern kitchen showcases a blend of dark cabinetry and stylish tile backsplash. Natural light enters through a window, illuminating the integrated appliances and counter space. Kitchenware and utensils are neatly organized, providing a functional and inviting cooking area.

Enjoy beautiful beachside Elwood from our newly renovated apartment. Perfectly located across the road from parkland, a nature reserve + footy ovals. Ormond Rd cafe/restaurant strip + beach is a short stroll down the road, and the train + trams an easy 8-10 min walk. This apartment is up some stairs, but sits among trees, with every room layered in stylish details from the linens + decor to the new kitchen + living room fit-out + appliances. Relax on the balcony + lookout at the evening sky.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Best position in Elwood . Walking distance to tram and train to the city . A beautiful park across the road . Right between Acland street shops and Elwood village.. restaurants , bars and nightlife . Beach 15 minute walk . My pretty little flat has just been completely renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and floorings . It’s very safe and cosy .
