The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Villa De Laak is available again. The stately Villa "De Laak" was built around 1835 and is located on the old route between Arnhem and Nijmegen. The Laak has been inhabited by our Bugter family for 4 generations. The historic village of Elden is enclosed by the Arnhem districts but has retained its village character with a cozy village square where some restaurants and terraces can be found. The conservatory overlooks the grape field. The private terrace and garden offer peace and privacy.

Beneden een ruime woonkeuken (met 2 slaapfauteuils) een badkamer met inloopdouche en een toilet. Buiten een heerlijke lounge hoek en een picknicktafel in onze boomgaard. Pluk gerust wat fruit!

A supermarket is just around the corner just like the best little coffee place and the yummiest italian food. The city centre is a 2 minutes walk, the nearest train station 5 minutes. Available for long stay and non-smoking.

The house has a sleeping floor for 5 people, another cot can be added. There is one bathroom, kitchen and spacious dining table.

The ground floor of the house is suitable for the disabled. Downstairs, there is a bedroom, with a double bed, and also the shower and a toilet are on the ground floor. The upper floor includes a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There is also a toilet and a sink on the upper floor. Parking is free and sufficient. Spacious outdoor seating. Washing machine, dryer and air conditioning are available on the ground floor.

The tiny house has everything for a wonderful stay on the Veluwe and is approximately 10 minutes from the center of Arnhem. The house is located near the Warnsborn estate, National Park, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and on MTB and cycling routes. The bus stops in front of the house. The house consists of a cozy living room/bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (with even dishwasher and espresso machine )
