Situated in mid Norfolk our cosy property offers you privacy in our garden. We have good road links to the coast, Norwich and several National Trust properties. Elsing offers a licensed deli and restaurant The Lemon & Rosemary Yard, church and woods and long countryside walks from the front door. Cromer is about 45 mins away. Norwich is 25 minutes from here. We are not suitable for young children. One well behaved dog is welcome, but not to be left unattended. Secure bike storage available.

Peaceful, rustic and romantic barn conversion nestled in nature by the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river, light the wood burner, or cook over the fire bowl - get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge has its own kitchen and bathroom attached to the king-sized bedroom. The mill pond directly outside provides a perfect wild swimming spot and the Lodge is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome!

Little Mermaid was converted 18 months ago into a very cosy/comfortable/stylish place to stay. It was our home whilst renovating the main cottage and we genuinely loved it! It's within our grounds and is next to our home “Mermaid Cottage”. It’s a delightful place for you to enjoy when taking a break amongst the Norfolk Countryside. If working whilst staying in “Little Mermaid”, there are 2 tables to use as workspaces. We just want our guests to enjoy the space as much as we enjoyed it.
