Vacation rentals with a patio in Elmont

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

Host was nice, and the place was a very nice studio apartment. No complaints.

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

This place is just excellent!! A large terrace with nice view to the Hudson River right in front of you. Beautiful surrounding. Comfortable bed. Quiet place. And the bathroom is big with 3 showers at the same time 🙂 Would love to come back. Thank you!

Barbara was wonderful! She was very responsive and helpful. The airbnb was just as described--impeccably decorated, comfortable, and clean. The highlight for me was the garden! Lush, green, with the sounds of a fountain were just what I needed to relax. The location was close to lots of diverse experiences: parks, trails, a zoo, and many restaurants! I would stay again without hesitation.

Well placed between the beach and train to New York City. Excellent restaurants, shops and supermarket within blocks. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking on street. Well furnished and allowed us to cook dinners at home. Having an outside private terrace was a bonus. Well stocked with incidentals that helped make it feel more like home. We would highly recommend to others.

Edwin's place was great , probably one of the only properties with nothing across the street, giving access to full view of the ocean.

Jose was very responsive and the place was very clean, modern and the location was ideal too. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Long Island. Thank you Jose for a great visit!

Family reunion? Group trio? This place is perfect for that! Godfrey’s place was spacious. Some rooms had attached bathrooms. Some rooms had shared bathrooms. Large living spaces and a full Kitchen. This house was close to Hofstra and to the sweet area in Garden City full If coffee shops and restaurants. The area was quiet and safe. The yard (front and back) is large and fenced in which was great for the children to play in. There is no bedroom in the first floor so make sure everyone is able to climb steps. To get to the third floor, the steps become very steep. This wasn’t an issue for us but I could see it being something to consider for some. 10:10 would stay at this place again and recommend it for large groups who want to be together but also want to be able to retreat away into private rooms.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming 3-bedroom home in New Jersey! From the moment we arrived, we had a few setbacks, but Rick and Kim quickly turned this around made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, providing us with quick solutions and thoughtful recommendations to any concerns and we had. One of the standout suggestions was a delightful pancake breakfast restaurant nearby, which quickly became our favorite spot. The pancakes were amazing, and it was a great way to start our days! The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for our adventures. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with fantastic hosts. We can't wait to come back!

Family of five — we had a great long weekend at the house. Nice water view, easy walking distance to deli and restaurants. House is well appointed and cared for, anything you need for cooking, etc. Basement game room is a nice plus.

Tremendous value and a better host. Nick was prompt, polite, and prepared. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking in direct proximity to the home. Short ride share trip to the LIRR which provides easy access to Penn or Central. Would be grateful to stay here again, especially at the price point extended.

Carmen’s place was great, very spacious, neat & clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were also all done up real nice. It was perfect for 4 families and the basement was perfect for the kids. The house was pretty close to everything and the street we were on was very quiet. Carmen and Louis were both very responsive to our needs and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again. Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . This Airbnb was a very nice place to stay. We were visiting our family in Hoboken and it was very convenient with the location. The walk to the train was not that bad. It was about 15 minutes. Would probably stay again.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area

Great place in a great neighborhood. Easy access to subway. Host lovely to communicate with and fabulous getting to check-out with a to-do list.

This location was perfect for my entire family and accommodated seven comfortably. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s interested in staying in Hoboken. I would even consider staying again myself. Laurie was very accommodating the first day because we arrived into town early and she was able to accommodate our luggage before check-in. That was extremely helpful to us helped us. Laurie as a host is a five star as well as her location. Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay.
