Vacation home "Ostseegreif" We rent the modern equipped 84 m² attic apartment with 4 rooms and max. 6 sleeping options in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. Directly behind the house, the Oldendorfer Tannen (a small piece of forest) begins and directly afterwards the Warnow. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Car parking space and barbecue facilities (tent) are provided.

Unser 1-Zimmerapartment am Kornfeld ist eine kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft für 2-3 Gäste. In der Küchenzeile befindet sich ein großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach, ein Backofen mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster. Während deines Aufenthaltes steht dir ein kostenloser WLAN Zugang sowie ein TV zur Verfügung. In unserem Apartment findest du ein Doppelbett(1,60x2m) & ein Sofa, welches für einen weiteren Gast als Schlafmöglichkeit genutzt werden kann.

Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

(original staircase up) You can enjoy the comfort and great climate in an apartment cleaned with clay and straw. We only used ecological building materials for the colors and floors. Hello, you love guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.
