we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Our central location makes us an ideal base for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car can be left behind, thanks to the connection to public transport. Upon arrival, a visitor's tax is charged, which is €2/person in the high season and €1/person in the low season. Pet fee per night €10

The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

The biggest attraction is just 600 meters away, the unique steam locomotive Molli, which runs to Kühlungsborn, 6 km away. The popular town of Warnemünde with its famous lighthouse is also only 18 km away and invites you to explore.
