The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

This detached cottage is located close to the market town of Market Rasen, on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
