Monthly Rentals in Ellerton

Gorgeous stay for a few days with friends. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you should need, very clean and so cosy with beautiful views and a huge garden. It’s such a peaceful location with birds and resident ducks! We took bikes and cycled to the nearest pub - there are a few good ones a short distance away. We also swam at Pool Bridge which isn’t to be missed! We had a lovely time and Claire was friendly and helpful with all communications. It was also lovely to meet her and Andy, and their cute dogs who came to say hello by the fence. We wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. It was a really lovely stay in beautiful surroundings. Joanne’s place is very comfortable and just a short walk from the village centre. The breakfast in the cafe on site was delicious. Joanne was very welcoming. We will stay again when back in the area.

Great base to visit York, Castle Howard and Harrogate. Situated in a lovely village. Recommend Burro for an evening meal. The Greyhound pub for a few drinks. Lovely beer garden, which we used as were lucky with weather. Pickled @ Ricall for a breakfast. All within easy walk of the apartment. Will definitely visit again.

This place was absolutely fabulous! The only downside was that we didn’t get to spend much time in the lodge and its beautiful surroundings as we were visiting family in the local area. We definitely want to come back and enjoy the accommodation and its setting. Could quite happily spend a few days doing absolutely nothing as everything that you needed was available! Would highly recommend as there are so many other places within easy distance to enjoy.
