Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

It is about 4 km to Leutkirch and about 30 km to Memmingen and Kempten.

The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.

The Sunny bungalow is simply beautiful and we felt right at home. The place was clean and very modern, we had a nice girls' weekend there! We recommend the place and would book it again anytime. Everything great!

We enjoyed our very short stay at the apartment. It was nice and quiet and it was outside the city, but the city center was within walking distance. Everything we needed, we found in the apartment.

Beautiful attic apartment in Isny/Neutrauchburg

The location was optimal: quiet and less than 10 minutes by bike from downtown Isny. We sat almost exclusively on the large balcony, sometimes lounging at the table, sometimes on the couch. We had a few rainy periods, but they didn't bother us on the balcony. The sun had once driven us in. We went hiking, cycling (including hiking) and excursions to Kempten. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

A living area features a light-colored sectional sofa paired with a black coffee table on a soft rug. Natural light enters through large glass doors that open to an outdoor seating area. Shelving above the sofa displays framed art and minimal decor.

We spent 5 nights in Laura's great place. We felt very comfortable. It is a very nice house and very quiet. It has everything you need to relax for a few days. We'd love to come back anytime.

We spent wonderful days in Doris Bauwagen. Everything is very clean and you have everything you need. The location is simply beautiful, pure relaxation! No cars, no noise, pure nature. And Doris is an absolutely nice and open host, always helpful and considerate. We were very lucky! Thank you Doris!
