Apartment vacation rentals in Ellerau

The two of us stayed 3 days at Maximilian's, the apartment was lovingly furnished, in the kitchen everything was available. The location was excellent with the garden and fruit trees. Would love to come back, Ursula and Peter.

We felt very well taken care of both in the really nice accommodation and in the communication with the host! The place had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable ;) There is not much going on in the area around the accommodation itself, but you can quickly get to Hamburg (also with public transport).

This apartment north of the city center is right on a canal. It is a lovely large apartment with a lot of windows. Close to local bus and lots of shopping and restaurants.

Clean and very functional appartment. There wasn't a single thing I needed that I couldn't find there. Very close to public transit, which makes it possible to go far with ease. The rooms are very spacious. Michael is the best host I've ever had - met us to help us find the place, personally helped troubleshoot the WiFi, and much more.

Marc and Tanja's apartment is great! Everything is as described. Great communication in advance, easy check-in, very good amenities in the apartment and extremely clean. You can quickly get to the village on foot. We didn't use the bikes, but it's very nice that you can use their bikes. We would definitely book again!

A very quiet and picturesque area. Very much greenery ... a quiet and secluded place, for solitude the very thing!

The apartment is small but nice, for our purposes it was great. It is modernly decorated and was clean! Super nice host, although we didn't meet in person. But the handover of the keys was super easy. And we got a few tips both for the apartment and for the area. We needed about 30 minutes by car to get to Hamburg City.

I had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent — just a quick 5-minute walk to the train station, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed, and all the little touches showed real attention to detail. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and peaceful, with friendly and helpful neighbors. The space itself was bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed — modern and very inviting. As a solo-traveller, I also felt really safe. The host was wonderful — communication was clear, prompt, and helpful from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Beautiful place to stay. Well maintained. Plenty of extra clean towels, sheets, etc. Easy access to places to eat, shop. Multiple transport options to get around town found close by. Hot water takes some time to come through. WiFi was not reliable for people looking to work remotely.

Even the arrival was like coming home. We were greeted in a super friendly way and no question remained unanswered. If there had been any questions, we could have asked at any time. The apartment is super lovingly furnished, with everything you need. Since it is outside of Hamburg City, you have absolute peace and quiet there and can fully enjoy the garden and the small terrace. Would love to come again anytime.

Nice studio apartment. Well equipped kitchen, awesome shower and great outlook from the massive window.

We had a very pleasant time during our stay. The view of the canal and ability to sit outside is quite special. Access to public transportation great. The upstairs sleep area is basic and poorly lit. Shower and toilet are downstairs and are modern and work well. The kitchen is quite nice. As the access is through a little, poorly lit park frequented until late at night, you have to use your phone to see enough to unlock/lock the gate. Overall, a nice place to stay while in Hamburg.

The pictures don't do the accommodation justice! It is more spacious than it seems and is very quirky in it's design and layout. I loved it, laid out over essentially 3 floors! Holger had everything required for a comfortable stay…towels, cutlery, etc. Perfect location, very quaint. Everything is in walking distance and there are numerous grocery stores just minutes away. Definitely worth the money.

We felt super comfortable! The place was clean and very nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were super equipped! We will be happy to come back 😊

This is our second time in Hamburg, and we found this house. Although it is some distance from the city center, we commute to the city every day via U1, which is very convenient; one day we took the U1 to the terminal and took the A2 train to Kiel.The Host greeted us in person and gave us a detailed introduction of the house. We stayed for 6 nights and it was very comfortable.I love it here, I hope I can stay here again next time I come to Hamburg.

Our stay was really wonderful! The apartment has far exceeded our expectations – the pictures just don't do it justice. It is not only very nice, but also extremely luxuriously furnished. The location is excellent and could not be better. A note for future guests: There are 35 steps to the apartment and no elevator. That wasn't a problem for us, but it's important to know if you're limited in your mobility. The communication could have been better, but this didn't affect the great stay. Our personal highlight was the huge jacuzzi and the incredibly comfortable beds – pure relaxation! We would definitely recommend the apartment!

We had a wonderful time with Anja and Max and enjoyed our stay to the fullest! The children were especially enthusiastic - the many great toys inside and outside provided a lot of fun and variety. We adults also got our money's worth: The cozy sauna was a real highlight and contributed to the perfect relaxation. The apartment itself is very lovingly decorated, nothing is missing - really everything your heart desires. You feel completely comfortable from the first moment. Everything was perfect, we felt right at home and could enjoy our days very much. In this quiet place, Alexander's apartment is the perfect oasis of well-being with first-class amenities, whether in the very modern bathroom, in the kitchen or on the hot tub that works flawlessly even in winter.
