Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Sleep upstairs under deep-set skylights, observe wildlife out our large picture windows, or daydream on the hammock. On a clear night, stargaze through the tall trees while toasting marshmallows fireside.

A romantic retreat for 2 or perfect solo getaway, Buttercup’s a 1br/1bath dream cottage. Once a one-room 1900s schoolhouse, this big “tiny” house punches above its weight with full kitchen, woodburning stove, queen-size bed, smart TV and meditative view into the woods from the breezeway. Tons of nearby trails in the Shawangunks. Grab a bite in up-and-coming Ellenville. Under 30 mins, you can explore Stone Ridge, Kerhonkson, New Paltz and High Falls. We betcha won’t leave Buttercup much though.

Or stay in and lounge on the deck, listen to some records, watch a movie, and relax. It's everything you need for a dream vacation.

Shingle Gully Cottage

Shingle Gully Cottage is located on over 40 acres of privately-owned land bordering Sam’s Point Preserve. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Ellenville, situated at the base of the rolling Catskills within the Shawangunk valley. There is a pellet stove that will be lit on chilly nights, upon request. During the summer months, there is air conditioning available making a cool and cozy retreat from the heat of the summer. There are two additional cottages on the property.

Shawangunk House

The house was built in 2018. It is very modern and open. It is located 8 minutes from Minnewaska State Park, 10 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, and 30 minutes from the Catskills. There is a Smart TV. There is also a record player with a large record selection. There is strong WIFI and great cell phone coverage from all carriers. We have an EV level 2 charger. There is an additional charge to use the charger. Please contact us if you want to add charging to your stay.

Hidden cabin on 2 wooded acres

Retreat to a beautiful cabin and get lost on two wooded acres. Reconnect with nature in your own way - hike around nearby Lake Minnewaska, or another of the dozens of incredible trails in the area. Explore infinity under a blanket of stars and share stories gathered around the firepit. When you’re called inside, grab a book and settle in by the fireplace. Then cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen or on the grill, and enjoy it on the patio overlooking the property.

Bring your bikes and ride the gently rolling wooded roads… or not. It’s your vacation.

Fern - Kos Retreats @ Frogs Hollow Farm

Fern is one of the two luxurious yurts we offer on our 100 acre organic farm. It is gorgeous, bringing you as close to nature as possible without giving up any of the luxuries in life! 450 sq ft of living in the round, it includes a full ensuite bathroom (in the yurt), and your own private deck, firepit, and barbecue outside. We are 15 minutes away from New Paltz, NY, and mere minutes away from the Shawngunk Mountains in the bucolic Hudson Valley.
