Absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was exactly what we needed—secluded, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Surrounded by nature, it felt like a true escape from the hustle of daily life. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up to make us feel at home. The quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind and recharge. We’ll definitely be back!

I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway! Ruth’s place in Galax was the perfect escape after a hectic end to the school year. The home was peaceful, spotless, and beautifully maintained—exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. Ruth was a thoughtful and responsive host, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The quiet surroundings and small-town charm made it even more special. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

This place was a gem. The views were absolutely stunning—whether it was sunrise with coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery never got old. Inside, it felt like home from the moment I walked in. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together with everything I needed. You can tell the host really cares about creating a welcoming space. That’s why we’ve rented this place in the past as well.

We were in town for a family wedding at the WinMock and this AirBnB was a perfect location. The house was very clean and Benjamin was a responsive host.

Very cute house with full kitchen located in a quiet part of Tanglewood park. We visited over Thanksgiving and were able to see the park’s holiday light show on our drive into the Airbnb. The house itself was great, however if you are shorter or have knee/hip/mobility issues, you may find the bathtub/shower difficult to get out of. The tub is raised up on a platform in the bathroom which makes it difficult to step out of. We realized this and ended up making other accommodations for one of our family members who wouldn’t be able to safely exit the tub.

This beautiful house was not only close to a ton of local vineyards it was close to wonderful restaurants and just great to stay in and take in the views. The house was warm and welcoming. We all would love to come back!! Thank you for having us!!

Found this place last minute after another Airbnb cancelled because their place wasn’t ready. So glad they cancelled, Christine’s home and hospitality were unmatched. My family of 8 made memories in this home and we are grateful Christine allowed us to book our stay here. If we decide to attend next year’s trail ride, we’ll definitely book at Christine’s again!

Joy is a delightful and thoughtful host. The little cabin/cottage is a nice, cozy place with a porch just right for friends to chat. It is very quiet but also handy to everything the area has to offer. I’ll be back!

This was a beautiful little home, just enough space for my family and I. The surroundings were so pretty and peaceful I would've been happy to just be at the home the entire time. Enjoyed the front porch sitting as much as I could!

This was my second stay at "The Farm", and it's quickly becoming our go-to for all kinds of trips. I go to refill and to plan our homeschool year, and the lovely, quiet surroundings are perfect - as is the cozy and well-furnished porch. The home was spotless, which I expected from Kristin. My grandkids were with me part of the time, and they LOVED catching fireflies at night and playing in the HUGE "yard". The beds and bedding are SO comfy. The home and surroundings are peaceful and quiet, but it's a quick trip to Elkin or Mt. Airy if you need groceries or fun. And Kristin and Chris are the very definition of "gracious and welcoming". I hope to be back soon!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! The octogon style of the place, along with the rooptop swing, was very unique. Went up there many times for meals with an unbeatable view. Also has a lovely neighborhood-owned waterfall that was just a 10 minute drive away. All amenities were as indicated, the place was clean, and instuctions were clear and easy. Some things to note are that the bedrooms/common areas all share the same ceiling, so noise and lights are not isolated, and the bedrooms can't currently be locked. Not an issue for us though. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The host was very responsive and very accommodating. everything was exactly as it was described on Airbnb. I would highly recommend coming and staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect distance from the wedding we attended, as well as very close to Stone Mountain State Park, def recommend getting to the park earlier in the day if you plan to find parking up close. Our dogs LOVED listening to the birds chirp on the patio, it was very relaxing and secluded. Exactly what we had wanted! The bed was extra comfy. Although the hosts mention the loose gravel, I will reiterate that there is loose gravel, lol. Thanks again for having us!

The cottage was quiet and clean, the beds are comfortable and Carina is super responsive and friendly. I'll definitely book again if I'm ever in the area.

We really enjoyed this home and felt like we were on retreat. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the comfortable furnishings in the living area and so appreciated the safety amenities in the walk in shower. There was a good mat and great grab bars. I am a senior citizen and felt so safe. I hope we can come back.

This cottage was such a sweet stop for our family, and Roxanne was an amazing and helpful host! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our family would definitely love to stay again!
