Our turn of the century farmhouse is situated in the country on over three acres. Enjoy a large kitchen, dining room and large family room along with three bedrooms (upstairs) and two full baths (1 up and 1 down). The rural atmosphere is perfect for walks or evening fires (we have a fire ring, lawn chairs, and some wood). Enjoy the night sky with a view of the stars and constellations. We have a lovely, safe, rural community with friends and fields as neighbors. No parties allowed.

The Serenity Suite

The Serenity Suite is one of two listings to accommodate guests. This suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022. A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. Peach Beach is a charming, 100 yr old fishing cottage. Dogs welcome, but there is a dog fee. Across the street from Simonton Lake and includes lake access with kayaks during the Summer months. Lots of light and beachy decor, wifi, outdoor bbq (Summer Only)with big back yard. Maximum 2 vehicles. No pier access. Just swimming or launching kayaks.
