Mark’s place was absolutely perfect. It was exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. I’m usually one who packs everything and the kitchen sink and I found that I didn’t need it because Mark-s condo had it all. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had which I appreciated. I also loved how the condo is located on the TART trail which made it super convenient to hop on for a quick bike ride. We definitely plan to return. Thanks again!

The location, the ambience of the place, the courtyard, the plethora of towels, the cleanliness, the easy parking - what a great place to stay, and how easy the process was. We’d highly recommend this.

The classroom was very quaint. The kitchen was very well equipped, it had a washer and dryer, and the location was very convenient on torch lake. We stopped at the coop in Traverse City and stocked up, but there was also an organic farm nearby that had the best produce. And tons of cherry and fruit orchards.

This was a great stay! It’s close to downtown without being downtown. It was nice to be closer to nature with the ease of the city being a short commute. The place was exactly like the pictures and the host is very responsive.

Our second time staying here. Very clean and neat. Super close to the horse park and the beach. Host is always responsive within a few minutes. Will definitely stay again.

Christine's place was amazing, she was very helpful. Had a sweet dog to greet us when we got there and made homemade donuts for us. Place is even bigger than advertised. Wifi worked great, everything was clean and homey. Would definitely stay there again.

We were thrilled to find a last minute cancellation at this hidden gem for our labor day weekend trip! Kathy's directions were very thorough. The best part was that she included the use of all of her water toys in the rental - there were two stand-up paddle boards, numerous kayaks and a big rectangular floating pad that the kids loved. The biggest island in the center of Spider Lake is a very doable paddle from there. This property faces north on the lake which is the perfect vantage point to see the Aurora Borealis if the conditions are right, which they were for our time! This has been on my bucket list, so I am beyond thrilled! The stars are amazing too! We all felt comfortable inside and my husband said he had one of the best sleeps he's had in a long time. The kids loved the loft beds. We just wish that the spiders of Spider Lake weren't so abundant on the docks, so our arachnophobic girls could relax more, but there's not much that could have been done about them.

What a great host and wonderful apartment! Super clean, comfy, and accommodating for our pups! Great location with the Tart Trail right outside the door. Will definitely be staying here on our next visit. 🌟

This place was exceptional, spotless even nicer than the pictures and literally the best stocked place I have ever stayed in. Coffee, cream sugar, note pad, laundry supplies….Other hosts should stay here and take notes! I have already recommended it others and I can't imagine s staying anywhere else when I return to the area!i Loved it! ❤️

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in Traverse City. The space was not only clean and inviting but also thoughtfully organized, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area. Philippe was an exceptional host, always attentive and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again.

What a beautiful place. Amazing modern build, very spacious with Cafe right below. very quiet overall even with being by the main road. Host was friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze.

Perched on a peaceful hilltop surrounded by trees, the Birdhouse offers cozy, thoughtful accommodations. You will find that Joyce has thought about every detail in how the space is designed. From the delicious local coffee from Higher Grounds, to the comfortable bed and all of the kitchen supplies you could need, your shelter needs will be met - and then some with Joyce’s hospitality. We used her detailed visiting guide to pick up dinner (which did not disappoint in the least! Run, don’t walk, to Nittolo’s!) Our time in northern Michigan is always a treat. It feels like time is slower and the days are a little less stressful and our time at Joyce’s was no exception. This past weekend at the Birdhouse was one of our most memorable trips and Joyce’s hospitality played a large part in that. She was communicative leading up to our arrival date, was helpful when we had questions and was kind enough to let us meet and spend time with her adorable pups. We can't wait to return!

Mark is a very responsive and relaxed host that cares about his guests’ experiences, both in his accommodations and out and about in the local area. The space was clean, relaxed and comfortable and we loved our two nights there. This space is perfect for a getaway to Traverse City and the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay at Rick’s super cute place! It was spotless, freshly updated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing sister weekend getaway. Rick was great to work with—communication was clear and easy, and he let us know that the apartment was ready that morning, so we could check in anytime at our convenience (no waiting around until the usual 3 PM check-in!). He even left a nice bottle of red wine for us—such a thoughtful touch. We don’t drink reds, so we left it for the next guests to enjoy. All in all, a very cozy, welcoming spot that made our trip extra special. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Emily’s place. My wife and I visited while on our anniversary and felt right at home. Everything we wanted was close by, Emily was super helpful and gave great recommendations and we very much enjoyed the accommodations that were provided! Would love to stay here again!

This place is a gem. The free bikes were clutch to ride around town and check out the distillery and breweries. Shorts has such good food! Do not sleep on the pretzels! The room, shared outdoor area and jacuzzi were lovely. The water flow sounds and the wildlife were amazing, lots of sweet deer to fawn over. I would definitely return!

Very cozy and great location right next to Shanty Creek Resort Hotel and very easy to get downtown Bellaire. You can either catch a ride to Schuss on the free bus transportation from the resort or take a quick drive. Overall great place for a romantic get a way!

Our stay was perfect! There is even a shuttle on property that you call and they will come pick you up and take you to the base of Boyne Mountain! Great property for a weekend getaway!

We had a great stay and would absolutely book again. The host was super accommodating, especially with our check-in time so we could make it to a friend’s wedding without stress. The space was perfect for a group—three separate rooms gave everyone privacy while still having common areas to hang out. Clean, comfortable, and well set up for a weekend with friends. Great little place to stay while skiing at Schuss. Couldn’t be more convenient - Ivan’s, ticket office, and lifts just steps away. Room was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need for a ski weekend. Hosts were great communicators. Thanks for a great Michigan winter weekend!

Very nice rental, exactly as pictured. Location was perfect for skiing, tubing, indoor pool access, resort restaurants. Everything within minutes to Schuss Mountain, Shanty Creek or Bellaire (Short’s brewery). Very cozy space. Fireplace was great, comfortable seating/bed, coffee pods. Would definitely come back.

Noella‘s place is great within a walking distance from the beach. The house is clean as photos show. Parking lot is designated for guests with orange cone. The checkout process has been one of the easiest I have ever experienced. Would love to choose Noella’s place if I come to Traverse city again.
