There's a traditional front porch and covered deck/porch out back as well great for work groups. Alley parking and front street parking with room for a trailer or larger trucks. Small town feel close to the Mississippi, but less than 10 minutes to downtown. Perfect for MVP fair week, Bix, Farmers Market, River Bandits, Credit Island visit, and much more. The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Note: Access requires steep stairs, so it may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Friendly owners live downstairs and are happy to assist. The place is close to St. Ambrose, Genesis West, Restaurants, 5 min from Palmer, Downtown and Mississippi Valley Fair grounds, 12 min from Augustana and 14 min from the Vibrant Arena.
