Vacation rentals with a patio in Elia Nikitis

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

We highly recommend staying at Vaso‘s and Ioannis‘ place. The location is great - super close to a beautiful part of the beach and great beach bars. The apartment is nicely furnished and the balcony is great.

Great place, extremely beautiful yard, kids really loved playing there. The host is very hospitable, kind and communicative. The only downside (or upside for some) was the strict quiet hours after 11pm if you are planning to use the outside BBQ and the complaining neighbours.

We had a great stay. the Apartment was even better than shown in the pictures. Absolutely worth the price.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

To be honest, it was my first time using the services of Airbnb, so naturally I was pretty worried about how the whole trip would go. However, when I tell you that I lucked out big time and this is the BEST place you can stay in Neos Marmaras, I won’t be lying - the host is friendly and responsive, the apartment is spacious with not one, not two, but THREE bedrooms, and the sea is on a 10-15 minutes walk! It’s also quiet at night, and if you hate the hot weather there are TWO air conditioners inside two of the bedrooms! There are pharmacies, doctors, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you wouldn’t have to use a car every time you go out! You can also take a boat trip nearby, rent kayaks, and just have the time of your life! One of the hosts, Maria, even baked us a cake during our stay - she’s just the sweetest soul and always available to help you out! If I decide to go back to Neos Marmaras, you best believe I will rent this apartment once again

We had a great time at Maria's. The beach is just a five minute walk away, everything was clean and Maria was always helpful und kind.

I had a wonderful stay at Orfeas’s place! The apartment was exactly as described clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-organized, and it had all the essentials for a relaxing visit. Orfeas was an exceptional host friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. He made check-in super easy and even offered some great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was also perfect, everything was close and walkable distance. (Beaches, restaurants, market, pharmacy, bakery…) Overall, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Orfeas, for the great hospitality!

We had wonderful stay at Savvs's place. The house is beautiful, with small datails that make it a real paradise. It is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. Beautiful spacious terrace with a sea view, flowers and decorations. The see is in 2 min walk, the restaurants are nearby. Savvas is a great host, easy to communicate with and available. I recommend Savvas's place for everyone that wants a dream vacation.

We stayed for 10 days(2 adults and 1 child) and it was amazing. Everything was just as described in the pictures and you basically have everything you need. The house is 2 mins away from the beach, very cozy,clean and quiet! Katerina is friendly and very responsive.

The accommodation is spacious, we were able to stay as 8, 4 adults and 4 children, it is close to Niki beach (5 minutes' walk) and not far from a lot of the beautiful beaches in the area, the apartment was clean and the hosts very welcoming, we warned them that we might arrive a little early and they made sure to allow us to pick up the keys quickly.

We had a very good time at Themis's house. The location is very peaceful. We were greeted by her parents who were very kind and caring. The house is spacious and the outdoor space is comfortable and very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The lady made us a great pita. Positive experience.

Accommodation is near the centre of the village. The accommodation itself was fine. At night expect noise from passing noisy motorbikes, otherwise relatively quiet. Fine location for walking around the area.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

The apartment is very close to the beach and is very nice. It is perfectly furnished with everything you need. From the balcony you can see the sea. The contact with Dimitrios and the key handover were easy and straightforward. Everything was perfect for us. We highly recommend the apartment.

Very pleasant and functional space. Just like in the pictures. All clean and tidy. Centrally located, a few meters from the beach and shops. Elena responds promptly with courtesy and professionalism. Very friendly and helpful made our vacation even more enjoyable. I'm sure we'll be back

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

Great stay at Neos Marmaras for a very reasonable price! The location is great for both swimming in Neos Marmaras and exploring the other beaches in Halkidiki. The host is also very nice and very helpful! Can only recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—just 50 meters from the sea in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment itself is spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms, two lovely terraces, and a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen. It easily accommodates up to six people. Everything you could possibly need for everyday life is provided—plenty of dishes, cooking essentials, spices, and even air conditioning in every room. There’s also a washing machine, making it feel like a true home away from home. Dimitris's hospitality was exceptional. He stocked the fridge with water, juice, wine, and even surprised us with a bottle of homemade ouzo as a gift! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We - a family with 2 children - spent the last week of October there. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is located on the top 2nd floor with a little view of the sea. Morning sun. The area is full of apartment buildings, so there is certainly a lot going on in the summer. The house is located in the second row and you are immediately on the beach. For us, it was more like a ghost town, as the shops, restaurants and bars were already closed. But we almost had the beach to ourselves. The landlords were very nice and helpful. Always on hand if you had any questions or needed anything!

Great location! It is walking distance to the beach with many restaurants options near by. We enjoyed our stay.
