Beautiful, quietly located apartment. In 5 minutes you can walk to the nearest beach and in 15 minutes you will reach the village of Nikiti, where there are numerous opportunities to go out! We had a very nice week!

Very nice place to stay if you would like to explore the great beaches of Vourvourou and the nearby villages. House has everything you need for a peaceful vacation as a couple, family with kids, group of friends, etc.

Even in the wintertime the apartment was perfect. Starting with a free parking place and easy check-in, you will have everything at your disposal. Me and my wife felt at home... a very luxury and well-designed one! We will be back for another child-free weekend... for sure.

We were in Greece for the first time and are thrilled with the accommodation and the host. The apartment has a very nice location. Very quiet in a residential area with direct sea views. Check-in is done with a numeric code. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that works perfectly, a small kitchen that contains the essentials for two people, shutters, shower gel, etc. Shower and toilet are separate. In general, the building is a very new construction (3 years old during my stay). The best thing was that the host actively approached us after arrival and gave us recommendations for good restaurants and attractions. After consultation with us, the apartment was cleaned daily. The beach and the waterfront of Nea Roda are within walking distance. In general, it is a great location to do things nearby. I highly recommend this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oksana’s stunning apartment! Oksana has clearly thought of everything, making our vacation smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The place has all the amenities anyone could possibly need. Not to mention - a gorgeous sea view from a large and comfy balcony (a favourite spot for my family for 21 days). The location was perfect, and the apartment itself was spotless and cozy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect & relaxing vacation spot! Very nice and well-equipped house with breathtaking terrace. Communication with Vasiliki was good, she usually responded very quickly. With us, only the washing machine did not work and the beach/shops were a few minutes further away than described. But all in all, a wonderful stay in a great house.

Great location! Perfect host!

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

We had a great time staying at Nikoleta's place! The garden is fantastically beautiful and located directly on the sea. Nikoleta takes care of us very warmly, welcomed us with fruit and wine and always responded immediately if we had a question.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Great apartment. Nice location for driving to other towns and beaches, and also short walk to restaurants and beach nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy. The host was kind enough to leave lots of local produce for us on arrival.

very helpful host, responsive, the place is located very central, it was my 4th time in Neos Marmaras so I knew the surroundings however close to all amenities. The place itself is perfect for 1-2 persons. It has it all what is needed. I felt like I was at home. Thank you once again for the amazing stay Savvas.

The house is very cosy and has all you need + more. The beach is fantastic and private, the water is crystal clear and the area is perfect for snorkeling. The terraces are facing in all directions and you can always find a place with sun or shadow. I can truly recommend staying at Nikos family house.

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We enjoyed the house and the property with proximity to the beach very much. The house is beautifully decorated, offered enough space for our two families and had everything we needed. The terraces invited us to linger and eat together, the garden was great for the kids. We even saw a few praying mantises and geckos :) The surroundings were very quiet at the time of year outside the season, which is good for switching off. For restaurants and supermarkets, we drove to the next major town of Nikiti. There are many very nice beaches and boat rentals nearby to explore the inaccessible bays and islands. We enjoyed the vacation very much all around. This was also due to the accommodation and hospitality of Ioannis.

Proactive communication, friendly and serviceminded.😊 The flat was very comfortable and clean, situated on the beach. Excellent for walks and swimming. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. We’ll be happy to return! ❤️

Everything was great from start to finish. Stratos and Martina are both super nice. The location of the Airbnb is perfect, you turn around once and you're right on the beach. Thanks to Stratos' restaurant recommendations, we had great food every night. We highly recommend it!

Great location and host. Property is in very good condition. Appartment just on the seafront. We were for the second time with Maria and everything went smoothly. One room with large bed and couch in the second room. Property has a good TV, Air Conditioner, Hot water, wifi (quite slow, but i believe its a problem with many places in Greece). Property is on the second floor with stairs access.

Lovely apartment with two balconies overlooking the sea. We were 5 adults, but the quarry accommodates 5 adults and one child, as there is another baby bed. Bedsand linens are white and clean. Plenty of clothes hangers. Mania kindly provided an umbrella and chairs for the beach for the entire stay. Everything is working and working. WiFi is very good. There is an iron and a laundry board. The hair dryer is very weak and quite old so we couldn't dry our hair with it. We bought extra oil, sugar in the kitchen. Salt and pepper were. Also bought shower gel and soap (it was not in the unit), shampoo and laundry detergent (left for next visitors). Please note that air conditioning is not included in the cost of the reservation, as well as another tax ( for 5 people we paid 13.5 euros.). We saw this a few days before arrival. But we did not use the air conditioning, as it was quite comfortable. The host is very welcoming and friendly. Quickly communicated and resolved all our issues. The sea and the beach are clean

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)
