This place was exactly what we were looking for in T or C. The location was within walking distance to the downtown area and all the springs. There was intentional thought put into this space. Very comfortable. The full kitchen was great to cook our own meals in. Great water pressure and hot water in the house. I would recommend this to a friend, 100%. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

From the moment we arrived, everything about this AirBnB exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed—extra towels, toiletries, soaps, comfy beds & pillows, coffee and bottled water, local guides, dog beds and even a soaking tub! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. The check-in process was seamless and the neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to the lake, where we spent most of our time. One of our favorite parts was the open floor plan and chef’s kitchen, also board games and kids toys galore, beach items and towels, which all made our days so easy and fun. We honestly didn’t want to leave! Highly, highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much!

river front property was beautiful, private and peaceful proximity to hot springs very close and convenient.

The unit was cute once inside and my dog loved the backyard. The neighborhood was a little run down. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The mineral springs, in the form of various spas, was close as well. Chris was a great host, getting back to very quickly with questions and setting up a cute, if not a little dated, place. I was comfortable and felt safe.

Great place for a long-term stay especially if you have work for home. Needs Internet is a way above average speed. Very convenient a perfect blend of retro and modern conveniences. Nice little backyard if you have a pet.

Dennis saved our trip!! His quick responsiveness and helpfulness allowed us a place to stay at the lake when someone else failed us. The RV had all the amenities we needed and was clean. When we arrived everything was easy and ready for us to start our vacation. We will be working with Dennis in the future!

I spent a couple nights at this Glamp Camp. I was car camping and mainly wanted to relax and soak in a hot springs without breaking the bank. I'm glad I chose here because I felt safe while sleeping, it was within a short walking distance to the brewery and restaurant, and the hot springs were very clean and fast to fill up each time, taking only a few minutes. I slept like a rock after each soak, too! The hosts were friendly and very helpful with the walkthrough, and Robert even kindly gave my pickup a jump after I accidentally let the battery die during the first night. If I'm ever back in T or C in the future, I'd stay here again!

This place was the perfect little oasis for the weekend. We really enjoyed going in the hot springs whenever we wanted. The hosts were welcoming and answered our questions. Make sure you stop and check out Ardie’s Market for ice cream, it’s a short walk from the campground and the owners are wonderful.

Wow! Great set up and location once again for our second year with Dennis. We had children and grandkids and everything was perfect with plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be calling again for our next trip which we are already planning for 2025. Thank you Dennis for your efforts to help us make wonderful memories.

We camped on the lake with family. It was really easy to just show up and have the camper set up for us. It is a little older and smaller so if you are three large adults like we are, I recommend getting a bigger camper. Overall, clean, easy and a lot of fun.

We really enjoyed this clean and comfortable place. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could want or need, and nice little extras like an ice maker and water filter pitcher waiting for us with cold water. The mineral tub was warm and ready to go. Very relaxing. The big bedroom is very private and luxurious. I would love to stay here again.

What a destination spot to heal the body in natural hot springs that Andrea and Robert have transformed into private soothing beautiful spaces. Solo celebration for the mind, body and soul, or joining others in the nicely decorated common areas to meet other travelers, this vintage RV trailer campground and hot springs has beauty to offer for everyone. I will be back the next time I’m in New Mexico.

I'm a repeat guest. This is a great place. Nice hot springs and a less than 5 minute walk from the main street. The site manager is friendly and keeps the place very clean.

Highly recommend for a peaceful, relaxing stay. The unit is new and immaculate. Very private back yard and hot tub. Extremely comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Spotless clean. Very quiet. Huge tv. Comfy bed. Great little balcony and office space. As much lighting as you could want. Very classy decorated. A lot of thought was put into these 8 units. Host was extremely helpful and communicative. Don’t be discouraged of the neighborhood you drive through to get to it. Only place we say some goons was downtown after the beer joint closed. Not much to do downtown unless you like second hand stores. Great place to relax and rejuvenate. Check out Elephant Butte State Park while there. Put your vehicle in 4x4 and take some scenic dirt roads into the mountains. We will definitely be back. We could not have asked for a cleaner, nicer, stay. It was beyond our expectations. This coming from someone who managed resorts for 20+ years. Easy to find. Easy access.

I was only able to stay for one night, and it just wasn’t long enough. The Silvia trailer was soooo cool. Me and my kids loved it. I wish we could have stayed more than one night, as we missed out on being able to hang out during the day, and experience more of the campground vibe. We did get in one of the outdoor tubs, and it was a wonderful experience. I plan to return for a longer stay in the future.
