Great place minutes from the water and had all the amenities we needed for a lake weekend! Parking was great for two boats. Host was very responsive with all questions. Will book again!

On Lake Time was incredibly welcoming, cozy and clean. The location was perfect. Only a few minutes to the lake. The open space was perfect for my family to enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen was fully stocked, making cooking easy and fun. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches of the Birthday banner and balloon. We had such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We are already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you McNeely’s!

Molly’s place is beautiful! Lots of flowers were blooming and it was so peaceful and quiet. The beds were so comfortable and the space worked wonderfully for the two couples traveling together. Everything was easy to find and all the switches were labeled (so helpful!). We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place in Truth or Consequences.

This place was exactly what we were looking for in T or C. The location was within walking distance to the downtown area and all the springs. There was intentional thought put into this space. Very comfortable. The full kitchen was great to cook our own meals in. Great water pressure and hot water in the house. I would recommend this to a friend, 100%. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

We absolutely loved Diana's place. It is so clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub area was just what me and my husband needed. Such a great place to spend my mother's day weekend. we will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived, everything about this AirBnB exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed—extra towels, toiletries, soaps, comfy beds & pillows, coffee and bottled water, local guides, dog beds and even a soaking tub! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. The check-in process was seamless and the neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to the lake, where we spent most of our time. One of our favorite parts was the open floor plan and chef’s kitchen, also board games and kids toys galore, beach items and towels, which all made our days so easy and fun. We honestly didn’t want to leave! Highly, highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much!

Amazing! We rented two trailers again for our family this year and they were set up perfectly next to the water for us to enjoy our vacation. You won't find a better host anywhere. Easy drive to the lake. Lots of parking, gated. Host is responsive. Nearby stores for needed supplies. Several bed options with toys for kids.

Amazing stay with David’s Bounder right on Elephant Butte Lake!!! He found a private area of a busy cove and got us all set up for success. Great instructions and very helpful! Best of all we didn’t have to rent or drive an RV! Thanks for wonderful time!

Loved our time in this spot - the beachy, lake neighborhood was peaceful & really restorative. Spent lots of time on the deck & morning coffee/tea with the sunrise over the lake was heaven. House is bright & fun & flexible - we were a group of 3 & the layout plus the outdoor spaces made it easy to gather or find a quiet spot alone. And the location gives you options - had wind for several days, so we went in to T or C to soak at the hot springs, etc. Michele was great & let me know all the critical info in advance - responsive & focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible!

Wow! Great set up and location once again for our second year with Dennis. We had children and grandkids and everything was perfect with plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be calling again for our next trip which we are already planning for 2025. Thank you Dennis for your efforts to help us make wonderful memories.

We camped on the lake with family. It was really easy to just show up and have the camper set up for us. It is a little older and smaller so if you are three large adults like we are, I recommend getting a bigger camper. Overall, clean, easy and a lot of fun.

Had daughters bday sleepover here and the kids/parents had a blast! Definitely not luxury, but perfect for spending the day at the lake and coming back to a clean house with hot water/AC. We will be planning another trip out in the future!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets, making it a perfect home away from home. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful scenery and outdoor activities. It was the perfect spot for our family trip, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We look forward to returning in the future! Also - Trish is such a wonderful host. We had some boat troubles the day we checked out, and Trish let us work out our boat troubles.

A one of a kind place in the heart of T or C. Very quiet. The attention to detail was almost overwhelming in a good way. Original (good) art on the walls. Each space was very well thought out and functional. This is the only place to stay in T or C through my experiences in the town. A jewel within a jewel. The living space within this special town.
