Vacation rentals with beach access in Elafonisos

Beautiful apartment and perfectly situated to enjoy ancient Monemvasia and Gefira. Great views from the front balcony, and right on the shore. Several good restaurants nearby. We had trouble with the hot water heater when we first arrived, but Nikolaos's father came and fixed it quickly. Nikolaos was out of town at the time, but was very responsive online. Highly recommend!

Xénia was very welcoming, caring in our interactions . She was watching our arrival in front of her house. Complete restoration of the apartment with quality materials. Tasteful sober decor. We really enjoyed our short stay in Gythio and surroundings. The 2nd floor apartment offers a nice view of the bay and its island , with the mountains as a backdrop. Bars, restaurants nearby on foot. Small ground floor apartment, very simple; matches the photos well. The essentials are available to stay there (may be missing a coffee maker;) ). Very clean. Shared but nice exterior. The main room that acts as a bedroom is air-conditioned (but relatively cool room even without air conditioning despite the outside heat). (No curtains at the glass entrance door so daylight wakes you up early but it allows you to enjoy the days longer!) Close to city center and beach. Quiet area. Very fluid communication, very nice hosts. 40 min from Pounda (port for Elafonissos) and 35 min from Monemvasia, so perfect location to crisscross the surrounding area. Thanks for this short stay! :)

Great place to stay and explore the neighbourhood. We had some delicious snacks and water on our arrival. Nice view on the pier and walkable distance to the beaches.

Really Great location, you can't get any closer to the center of the village. It's very cozy and a little small but it's great for two people.

Marcos excellent led us to the room himself. He gave us all the information we needed.The house spacious very clean had all the amenities. The sea right next to the area beautiful. We will definitely go again.

Perfect for a stopover and visiting Monemvasia. And in the fridge was waiting for us enough to make a good omelet and freshly squeezed orange juice for everyone!

Staying in a historic property that was carefully and lovingly restored was memorable. This property is well located, with easy access to shops, restaurants and historic sites. The space in front of the home is a public square; noise was not a factor. Future renters should be aware that the listing describes on premises parking, which is misleading as this is a pedestrian only area. Luggage can be dropped off at the front gate (Kastro), where the property manager will meet you and show you to the home. For 10 euros, you can hire a porter to move your luggage. Unless you have a light small suitcase or daypack, this is highly advisable. As we are traveling for 3 months and have 56cm suitcases, this was a godsend! This was our 14th AirBNB of the trip, and our 4th in Greece. I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality and warmth displayed by the property manager; our interactions were highly transactional, which is the opposite of our Greek experiences. Overall, happy we stayed once.

Wow, what a gem! We spent nearly three weeks in Greece, mostly staying at Airbnb properties, but George, our host, truly stood out. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. George met us at the gate, helped carry our luggage during check-in, and provided us with more than enough food and water. He also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights and checked in to ensure we were doing well. When we checked out at 6:30 a.m., he was there again to assist with our luggage. George was a truly exceptional host. The house's location was perfect—right in the heart of Monemvasia, just a few minutes' walk from numerous restaurants. Monemvasia itself was a magical place; it felt like stepping back into medieval times. We feel incredibly fortunate to have met George and stayed in his home. Thank you for sharing your precious house, which has been in your family for generations!

Louli was an excellent host, she recommended us nearby restaurants, was very communicative and proactive. The place is only a few meters away from the beach!

This is a great place, we recommend it strongly! Right by the beach, you can walk everywhere, and there’s a playground very close if you have kids. The view from the balcony is great too. The owner was also very kind to us: we made a mistake when looking at the baby equipment and she went out of her way to help us find what we needed anyway. So… if you’re hesitating, just book it!

We had beautiful days in Neapoli. The apartment is centrally located and is very suitable as a base for excursions in the beautiful surroundings. In the apartment you have everything you need and Anastasios is very friendly.

A wonderful, quiet place in the middle of nature/in the olive grove with great views over the hills and very nice terrace... The hosts are always friendly for tips or information and are always available. We 100% recommend the place.

Εμμανουίλα was responsive to our messages and provided us with a place to stay that met our expectations. The terrace is very nice and has an unobstructed sea view. A parking space is just outside the door but plenty of spaces are available on the street if needed.

Our second stay here and just as lovely this time. Beautiful spacious apartment with a fantastic big balcony overlooking the sea. Very well appointed kitchen and super comfy bed. We had some great swimming and snorkelling in sparkling clear water.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the beaches were clean and fantastic and just a short drive away from the accommodation. Highly recommend Skoutari and Mavrovouni beaches. Great tavernas, local and also in Gytheio. We would definitely stay here again.

A clean and quiet place close to all the restaurants, cafes and bars. Easy communication with the host who provided clear instructions.

Dimitra's place was accompanied by excellent hospitality. Dimitra gifted us with with fig jam, olives and Melba toast, things lovingly made by her mother. Dimitra even picked us up at 7 a.m.. to drop us off at the local bus depot. I felt like I was visiting a relative. Awesome stay.

The hosts were very polite and nice. They answered very quickly for every question and sent helpful information. The apartment condition was just great, everything modern and clean. Nespresso coffee machine & coffee capsules, milk frothers make delicious coffee. Very comfortable with the dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. Basic ingredients for cooking were provided such as olive oil, salt, pepper. Parking on the street was very easy. The city center is easily reached on foot. We were all very satisfied and will recommend or come back.
