Vacation rentals with beach access in Elafonisos

Beautiful apartment and perfectly situated to enjoy ancient Monemvasia and Gefira. Great views from the front balcony, and right on the shore. Several good restaurants nearby. We had trouble with the hot water heater when we first arrived, but Nikolaos's father came and fixed it quickly. Nikolaos was out of town at the time, but was very responsive online. Highly recommend!

Xénia a été très accueillante, bienveillante dans nos échanges . Elle guettait devant sa maison notre arrivée. Restauration complète de l’appartement avec matériaux de qualité . Décoration sobre de bon goût . Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre trop court séjour à Gythio et ses environs. L’appartement au 2ème étage offre une belle vue sur la baie et son îlet , avec les montagnes en toile de fond. Bars, restaurants tout proches à pieds. Merci Xénia

We waren 2 nachten te gast in het prachtig gerestaureerde Monemvasia. Het is een hele oude, sfeervolle stad. Er zijn veel leuke winkeltjes en gezellige eettentjes. Het appartement is sfeervol op een prachtige plek. Hoewel het in de oude stad is, is het heel erg rustig en waan je je alleen. Terwijl je, wanneer je wilt, zo de drukte kunt opzoeken. In het appartement is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Je kunt er ook koken. Vanuit het appartement kun je een prachtige wandeling maken bergopwaarts. Ook loop je zo naar de zee, waarin we 2 keer hebben gezwommen. Het enige nadeel van het appartement is dat je wel goed ter been moet zijn, want in Monemvasia is het anders niet makkelijk te lopen. Ook kun je niet met een auto bij het appartement komen, want Monemvasia is alleen voor voetgangers. Voor ons was dit allemaal geen enkel probleem. De gastvrouw is ontzettend vriendelijk en je hebt er ook heel veel privacy. Het uitzicht vanaf je terras is echt prachtig, zoals op de foto’s is te zien.

Petit appartement en rez de chaussée, très simple ; correspond bien aux photos. Le nécessaire est disponible pour y séjourner (manque peut être une cafetière ;) ). Très propre. Extérieur partagé mais agréable. La pièce principale qui fait office de chambre est climatisée (mais pièce relativement fraîche même sans clim malgré la chaleur extérieure). (Pas de rideaux à la porte d'entrée vitrée donc la lumière du jour vous réveille tôt mais ça permet de profiter plus longtemps des journées !) Proche du centre ville et de la plage. Secteur calme. Communication très fluide, hôtes très agréables. A 40 min de Pounda (port pour Elafonissos) et 35 min du Monemvasia, donc emplacement parfait pour sillonner les environs. Great place to stay and explore the neighbourhood. We had some delicious snacks and water on our arrival. Nice view on the pier and walkable distance to the beaches.

Le studio fonctionnel est bien pour 2 personnes. La vue du balcon qui donne sur la mer est magnifique. De nombreux restaurants sont juste en face, seuls quelques uns étaient ouverts à cette saison. Katherina qui nous a accueillis est très sympathique et très réactive, de même que Spyros le propriétaire. À recommander sans hésitation !

Parfait pour un étape et visiter Monemvasia. Et dans le frigo nous attendait de quoi faire une bonne omelette et du jus d'orange pressé pour tout le monde!

Staying in a historic property that was carefully and lovingly restored was memorable. This property is well located, with easy access to shops, restaurants and historic sites. The space in front of the home is a public square; noise was not a factor. Future renters should be aware that the listing describes on premises parking, which is misleading as this is a pedestrian only area. Luggage can be dropped off at the front gate (Kastro), where the property manager will meet you and show you to the home. For 10 euros, you can hire a porter to move your luggage. Unless you have a light small suitcase or daypack, this is highly advisable. As we are traveling for 3 months and have 56cm suitcases, this was a godsend! This was our 14th AirBNB of the trip, and our 4th in Greece. I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality and warmth displayed by the property manager; our interactions were highly transactional, which is the opposite of our Greek experiences. Overall, happy we stayed once.

Wow, what a gem! We spent nearly three weeks in Greece, mostly staying at Airbnb properties, but George, our host, truly stood out. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. George met us at the gate, helped carry our luggage during check-in, and provided us with more than enough food and water. He also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights and checked in to ensure we were doing well. When we checked out at 6:30 a.m., he was there again to assist with our luggage. George was a truly exceptional host. The house's location was perfect—right in the heart of Monemvasia, just a few minutes' walk from numerous restaurants. Monemvasia itself was a magical place; it felt like stepping back into medieval times. We feel incredibly fortunate to have met George and stayed in his home. Thank you for sharing your precious house, which has been in your family for generations!

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung mit einer traumhaften Aussicht inklusive Meeresrauschen beim Frühstück. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Im Dorf (1km) gibt es Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zB für einen Besuch in Monemvasia.

Logement fidèle aux photos avec superbe vue sur la mer, bien situé, équipé, propre et spacieux et qui reste frais l’été grâce aux chambres au Rez de chaussée. Pour les sensibles aux bruits, le logement est un peu proche de la route, mais peu de passage. Communication parfaite et accueil sans faille. Katarina a cherché à être la plus arrangeante possible à tous les instants. Merci beaucoup

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Neapoli. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und eignet sich sehr gut als Basis für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung. In der Wohnung hat man alles was man braucht und Anastasios ist sehr freundlich.

Ein wunderbarer, ruhiger Ort mitten in der Natur/im Olivenhain mit tollem Blick über die Hügel und sehr schöner Terrasse... Die Gastgeber stehen immer freundlich für Tipps oder Auskünfte bereit und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100 %.

Appartement correspondant parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce, la vue de la terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons apprécié ce que Grigoris avait mis à notre disposition pour le petit déjeuner. Le logement est en hauteur et un peu en dehors du centre ville mais les distances sont vraiment raisonnables et tout peut donc se faire à pieds. Nous recommandons donc vivement ce logement.

Εμμανουέλα a su être réactive à nos messages et nous a fourni un logement conforme à nos attentes. La terrasse est très agréable et offre une vue dégagée sur la mer. Une place de stationnement se trouve juste devant la porte mais beaucoup de places sont disponibles dans la rue si nécessaire.

Our second stay here and just as lovely this time. Beautiful spacious apartment with a fantastic big balcony overlooking the sea. Very well appointed kitchen and super comfy bed. We had some great swimming and snorkelling in sparkling clear water.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the beaches were clean and fantastic and just a short drive away from the accommodation. Highly recommend Skoutari and Mavrovouni beaches. Great tavernas, local and also in Gytheio. We would definitely stay here again.

Ένα σπιτακι πανέμορφο και πεντακάθαρο με την κυρία Ρεγγίνα πολύ φιλόξενη με νερά και χυμούς στο ψυγειο!! Το σπίτι είναι τόσο κοντά στο κέντρο τις Νέαπολης που με το που βγεις από την πόρτα τα έχεις όλα δίπλα σου!!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! Dimitra's place was accompanied by excellent hospitality. Dimitra gifted us with with fig jam, olives and Melba toast, things lovingly made by her mother. Dimitra even picked us up at 7 a.m.. to drop us off at the local bus depot. I felt like I was visiting a relative. Awesome stay.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr höflich und nett. Sie haben sehr schnell für jede Frage geantwortet und hilfreiche Informationen geschickt. Die Wohnungszustand war einfach top, alles modern und sauber. Nesspressokaffemaschine & Kaffee-Capsuls, Milchaufschäumer machen leckeren Kaffee. Sehr bequem mit der Geschirrmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockener. Grundzutaten zum Kochen waren zur Verfügung gestellt wie Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer. Parking an der Strasse war sehr einfach. Die Stadtmitte ist einfach zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und werden weiterempfehlen oder wiederkommen.
