Tolle Unterkunft mit top Aussicht direkt aufs Meer in 2 Richtungen. Das Meeresrauschen ist wundervoll! 2 schöne Schlafzimmer, super ausgestattete Küche, sehr gemütliche Couch, immer ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze, falls man den privaten nicht nutzen möchte. Meerwasserpool und Strand in 2 min zu erreichen. 1h ins Anaga-Gebirge zum Wandern, Las Lagunas und Santa Cruz nur eine halbe Stunde, Garachico 1h. Wir haben es geliebt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in El Pris! Die Wohnung bietet einen traumhaften Meerblick mit dem stetigen beruhigenden Rauschen der Wellen – einfach perfekt zum Abschalten. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, farblich harmonisch abgestimmt und mit historischen Fotos von El Pris dekoriert. Man spürt, wie viel Mühe und Herzblut Alberto in die Wohnung gesteckt hat. Besonders haben wir uns über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung gefreut. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich komplett verdunkeln, was vor allem mit Kind ein echter Pluspunkt ist. Auch die gut ausgestattete Küche ist super. Wir sind an einem Sonntagabend angereist – da war nur noch ein Parkplatz frei. Unter der Woche ist es entspannter, aber man sollte ggf. die Garage nutzen und ein bisschen planen. Trotzdem: Alles war perfekt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

La estancia superó mis expectativas: la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable, la ubicación es inmejorable (cerca de todo y en un barrio tranquilo) y la casa está impecable: limpia, bien equipada y muy cómoda. Sin duda, ¡volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Had a great stay at this apartment. The view was incredible with the sunset. Nice little balcony for drinks or breakfast. The place had everything I needed. Access to the pool is a nice add. Best thing about this place are the owners. Locked myself out by accident and they came as quickly as possible, which was very appreciated. Always there for recommendations or questions. Little tip; parking spots directly at the apartment are hard to find after 5:00 PM. You can park in the streets around but be careful of the one-way and narrow streets. If you can, walk to the nice close local restaurants (Melita, Baja Surf Cafe, Nami Surf Club).

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

Logement spacieux et bien équipé. Parking gratuit au pied de l'immeuble. Vue magnifique sur le Teide et l'Océan Atlantique.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in der Villa Ocean. Einen großen Anteil daran hatte Ivan, unser Gastgeber. Immer freundlich, immer erreichbar, immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen in dem sehr großen Haus. Von Terrasse und Pool (besser aufheizen lassen) aus hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet, die beiden oberen Schlafzimmer haben eigene Bäder und Meerblick. Die beiden Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind bis auf Oberlichter fensterlos und haben ein gemeinsames Bad, was aber völlig unproblematisch war. Drinnen und draußen gibt es je einen großen Esstisch. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattet. Grill und Bierzapfanlage wurden von uns viel genutzt. Von der nahen Autobahn hört man aufgrund der Lage des Hauses nichts. In der Umgebung gibt viel zu sehen, zu erwandern und zu genießen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, kommen sicher wieder und empfehlen das Haus UND den Gastgeber!

La estancia en el apartamento de Anabel ha sido genial. El sitio, aunque apartado, es muy chulo. Ideal si tu plan es tranquilidad y naturaleza. La comunicación con Anabel fue buenísima y estuvo atenta en todo momento. Repetiria sin dudarlo.

Die Wohnung war perfekt: direkt am Strand gelegen, ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir die Extras wie Schnorchel, Sonnenschirm und Kühltasche. Saúl war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich empfangen. Er hat uns nicht nur die Gegend gezeigt und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, sondern uns sogar noch etwas zu essen bereitgestellt – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und hat unseren Start in den Urlaub noch angenehmer gemacht! Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, super Lage und insgesamt einfach eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Eine echte „Schwarze Perle“ traumhaftes Airbnb in Teneriffa 🌊✨ Dieses Airbnb war wirklich ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis – mit Abstand das schönste, das ich bisher hatte! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig direkt an den Klippen, fernab vom typischen Touristentrubel. Der kleine Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist einfach ein Traum – hier kann man stundenlang sitzen, entspannen und genießen. Jeden Tag gab es etwas Neues in der Wohnung zu entdecken, liebevoll gestaltet und mit vielen schönen Details. Man merkt, wie viel Herz Niklas und seine Frau in dieses Schmuckstück gesteckt haben. Es hat sich sogar gelohnt, einfach mal einen ganzen Tag nur in der Wohnung zu bleiben und die Atmosphäre aufzusaugen – absolute Entspannung pur. Die Ruhe, der Ausblick, die stilvolle Einrichtung und die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber haben diese Reise unvergesslich gemacht. Der Name „Schwarze Perle“ passt perfekt – ein echter Geheimtipp! wow! das war mit das Beste was wir bisher auf dieser Plattform hatten. Juan und Elena sind super! Ein tolles Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Ja.. die Fahrt dahin ist für Teneriffa typisch, für uns Menschen vom Platten Land eher abenteuerlich. Freier Blick aufs Meer, auf den Teide... einfach unfassbar toll. Elena und Juan haben uns von Anfang an mit Insidertipps versorgt. fantastisch! Kann mir vorstellen, dass es nicht das letzte Mal hier war.
