From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend, the apartment does not lack any detail, very clean and tidy, ideal for spending a few days with the family. Carmen, the host, is a beautiful person, very helpful and kind. We recommend it 100%, we will repeat!!!!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

It is a very nice place away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful bathing bay. From the apartment you have a view of the sea. The apartment has everything you need, we were very satisfied.

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

We enjoyed the time at the place very much and recommend it without reservation! The apartment is exactly as described and seen on the pictures. We didn't lack anything in terms of amenities, it was clean and beautiful and everything you need was there. Barbara welcomed us personally and was generally very warm and helpful, and always easy to reach. The location is quiet and on the mountain, so we recommend arriving by car, although there is also a bus line nearby and for those who love exercise, it is also possible to walk. A special highlight is the huge terrace with the fantastic view over the sea, where we could enjoy some beautiful sunshine and sunsets. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

We had a great time in the apartment. The view is breathtaking.

when we arrived the flat was pristine. there was a welcome basket of fruit and cookie's. there was also toothbrush and paste,shampoo, shaver dressing gowns, bottled water etc . the flat is right on sea and has amazing views. restaurants and small town are three minute walk as are beach and amazing lido. we had a wonderful stay for ten days.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

Spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Free parking at the foot of the building. Beautiful views of the Teide and the Atlantic Ocean.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ocean. Ivan, our host, played a big role in this. Always friendly, always available, always helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. We were 8 adults in the very large house. From the terrace and pool (better to heat it up) you have a fantastic sea view. The rooms are very nicely furnished, the two upper bedrooms have their own bathrooms and sea views. The two rooms on the ground floor are windowless except for skylights and have a shared bathroom, which was completely unproblematic. Inside and outside there is a large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. The grill and beer tap were used a lot by us. You can't hear anything from the nearby highway due to the location of the house. There is plenty to see, hike and enjoy in the area. We felt completely comfortable, will definitely come back and recommend the house AND the host!

Nice and well situated apartment. Was perfect for our needs. We rented the place for a month with a 3 month old baby and we couldn't have ask for better. The apartment is situated right on the ocean we an incredible view on the Teide volcano in the distance.

Pleasant accommodation right across the street from the natural pools. Free parking. Very nice view. The host is very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend it.

A real "Black Pearl" dreamy Airbnb in Tenerife 🌊✨ This Airbnb was really a very special experience – by far the most beautiful I've had so far! The apartment is quiet, right on the cliffs, far away from the typical tourist hustle and bustle. The small pool overlooking the sea is simply a dream – here you can sit, relax and enjoy for hours. Every day there was something new to discover in the apartment, lovingly designed and with many beautiful details. You can tell how much heart Niklas and his wife put into this gem. It was even worth just staying in the apartment for a whole day and soaking up the atmosphere – absolute pure relaxation. The tranquility, the view, the stylish furnishings and the cordiality of the hosts have made this trip unforgettable. The name "Black Pearl" fits perfectly – a real insider tip! Had an excellent stay for three weeks. Scenery was beautiful, felt very secure, great host, any issues or questions he responded immediately.

Seemingly as described and very well equipped. Well located to visit the north of the island and a short walk from the small village El Pris. To get there the road looks a little like the one that goes down to Masca, for those who know:-) In short, I had a very nice stay in this place and this apartment.
